I just made a call there inquiring about some of their services. I was asking questions and when I got confused the lady I spoke with was impatient and rude, interrupting me and talking over me. We were planning on taking our young adults group for a trip here, but we'll look somewhere else. I'm sure its a great service but the customer service needs some help.
