I called and spoke to them about a package not being delivered on the day they received it and it being marked "ready for pickup". They were very helpful and promised that they would get it delivered A.S.A.P. that they do not know why it was not taken by the driver.

Such a wonderful staff. Jeri is so kind and helpful. I always get so happy when I see her smiling face! I have an Amazon addiction Lol ? so I go in there a lot.Thank you for always being so nice!
