I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here. I get quite a few parcels delivered and have never had anything but friendly, helpful And efficient staff

Some post office locations are great, others not so much. Our local one is super picky about every rule which is annoying but manageable. What is really ridiculous is their hours: 9-5 weekdays makes it hard to get down there even just to check our po box.

I’m from Vancouver and the 100 mile house location doesn’t have the same work ethic, they definitely don’t have fast pace customer service I’m am accustomed to, and frankly they make up rules and laws that do not exist at the 100 mile house location. Be sure to check the laws on government of Canada website because I have to argue with the employees every time when it comes to the laws because they don’t know the laws around post mails themselves and they start to make up their own, where as I have been educated by my attorney around the laws and regulations around post mail and have a attorney on retainer at all times. I literally had to call my attorney from Vancouver to debunk 100 mile employees lack of education around the laws of post mail , importing, exporting, probable cause, etc etc , very unimpressed! Get some staff from the Vancouver locations to teach 100 mile how it’s done and what fast pace customer service looks like. There should never be a line of more then 4-5 people by my standards and they need to start telling the small town folks who like to talk and hold up lines to move along like all the Vancouver locations do. They need to be more city and mainstream as the 100 mile location feels like you’re dealing with unprofessionals who don’t know what the Vancouver service model looks like. 100 mile house needs to understand that time is money and a business person from the lower mainland should not have to experience different customer service and different pace of customer service when they visit the 100 mile location. It should be the same as Vancouver !

Why is there never a happy or polite employee? They are always grumpy or rude. This is still a customer service job.
