Christine, Ryan, Nicole, and Aaron at Chemo RV 100 Miles House ROCK!! I had an issue with my people door not opening that had me locked inside. Ryan was able to get it opened and determine the issue was a broken striker plate within 20 minutes. They then checked with their other dealerships in the area and attempts to find the part I need. While they didn't have any luck, they referred me to another competitor company in the region.
All in all, collectively I took up an hour of staff's time. When I went to pay the bill, Aaron told me there was no bill, that he would not feel right charging me.
Quick, efficient, accurate, and personable customer service all around!! THANK YOU!!!

We had an issue with our RV, which we rented through CanaDream, and ended up at Chemo rv Sales and Service and what a lucky find that was! The service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Aaron, the lead mechanic, who personally took care of everything. He immediately identified the problem, explained it clearly, and fixed it efficiently. Even though we arrived without an appointment, the team took us in right away. Thanks to Chemo rv Sales and Service, we were able to continue our road trip through Western Canada with barely any delay. Highly recommended for anyone traveling by RV!

Chemo RV did it once more. We came up for Thanksgiving with family. And had issues with landing gear on our motorhome . As well issues with our tow system . Aaron (service manager) was able to go above and beyond. And fit us in around a very busy schedule in their shop . ( winterizing customers and inventory RV’s before cold weather arrives) Also a big Thank You to both fellow’s in the shop . Took the time to explain everything they did . And how to solve a towing of toad issue .

My parents have stopped at Chemo twice on their travels from the coast to the Cariboo Region. They purchased a sewer hose for use at a sani dump when they forgot theirs. The price was a bit high in their opinion but the product was quality. The second time they visited to purchase a propane hose for the tanks in the front and a new power cord from truck to trailer for travel. They wanted a one foot hose but ended up with a two foot hose but it worked. They offered the plug in and the wires but not the complete unit. I'm sure they would order the part for us if we were local and could wait a few days or a week. They did what they could to help us.

We stopped in because we had a problem with our fridge door almost falling off. The folks at Chemo were very good. They fixed the door in a very short time . I also was having trouble adjusting the trailer brake control. The sales person drove around the lot adjusting the controller. Great service. Friendly people.
