I had Laura as my salesperson. Very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. They even let me take the car overnight so I could have my mechanic check the car!! Amazing

Got a rental truck in Abby. It broke down and I got sent here by the rental company.
Can't rave hard enough about these guys. Sam totally took care of my family and I. They didn't owe us anything and we didnt have a booking cause we just got told to go there by the rental company, but we got amazing service all the same, as well as a good restaurant recommendation for while we waited, a fast turn around on the service.
And get this...Sam even called me before he left for the day to make sure that I got home ok. Unreal. Seriously, I might make the trip to 100 mile for my next vehicle purchase because of this guy alone. Thanks Sam.

I would like to recommend 100 Mile Sunrise Ford to anyone looking for an excellent place to purchase a vehicle, as well as having your vehicle maintained. My son, Matthew started working at this dealership last summer, and at a time that it was just starting with new management/owners. I was given the opportunity to spend the summer with my son and grandsons, and this allowed me to be able to check out my son's new place of employment when they had the new grand opening last July. It was very exciting to be at this event and the staff, new owner/ general manager Scott was very welcoming. Carol, working in reception always has a bright smile, Dave in finance always takes the time to say hello, and Laura in sales is outstanding. Over this past year I know how happy my son is to work at Sunrise Ford and as a mother this makes me very happy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with car dealerships and mechanics so I had been concerned in the past when it came to having service done to my car. I do have 2012 Ford Focus and this year it was time for new spring/summer tires and I needed a few repairs and service on my car. I live in Kamloops but decided to go to 100 Mile to have my car repairs, purchase tires, have them installed and also have the oil changed and inspection done. I am so happy that I chose to go all the way to 100 Mile to Sunrise Ford as it was well worth it. I was treated with so much respect and kindness from all employees as soon as I walked through the door. Smiling faces, welcoming me and helping me out. Kari helped me with what I needed from the service department and Sam, one of the head mechanics was so amazing and trust worthy. I was always welcomed by all the staff each time I went for service as I had to make a few trips as they had to order a few parts. This made for a great weekends for me to come up to the beautiful Cariboo and have service done for my car and I got to have a great visit with my son and grandsons. The repairs done to my car have made my car safer to drive and I have peace of mind knowing that I am in good hands. Next year I hope to be able to purchase a newer vehicle and there is no other place that I will go other than Sunrise Ford in 100 Mile. Thank you to all the staff at Sunrise Ford for always making me feel so welcome when I come to the dealership, weather it is just that I am coming up for a family visit or when I have been needing service for my car, I have always been warmly welcomed and made to feel very valued and happy to spend time at the dealership enjoying a cup of coffee, chatting with the friendly staff and seeing my son happy, making me truly happy as well.

What an amazing dealership. They definitely go above and beyond. We've been to a few dealerships and none have come close to the customer service we recieved today.
Not only are they professional and friendly, they made the whole experience kid friendly.
I will 100% recommend them to anyone I know and continue to go to this location.

Super friendly, honest and organized. Drove 5 hours to look at a truck they had, they had everything ready to go and was able to bring it home that afternoon.
Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

My elderly father bought a used vehicle from them with nothing but issues, drove this vehicle 3000km and we are finding out the rear end is blown. Even tho he passed away, the New General Manager Scott Muir was fantastic to deal with, he was very understanding of our situation and told us to take the vehicle in to our nearest Ford dealer in Vernon. He reimbursed us for the full amount of the repairs. Thank you Scott, with customer service like this im sure you will be able to raise the bar on Sunrise Fords ratings.
We can't thank you enough.

Called service desk last week regarding a faulty brake calliper that caused extremely uneven brake wear on a new, $70000 vehicle. Service counter person told me this could not be fixed under warranty because I had missed the “30000km brake service”.
Subsequent calls to other dealers confirmed this warranty-voiding missed service doesn’t exist. A different dealer fixed the problem under warranty with no issue.
Suffice to say, Sunrise Ford will lie to you to avoid providing you with adequate service. They’ve always had a terrible reputation in town but after experiencing this firsthand I will never bring business to them, and would strongly warn others to do the same.

I had an appointment for tire change and inspection. It is hard for me to rate the work done as I have no way of knowing how well the job was done but the service was friendly and prompt. I haven't driven my vehicle far yet and this is my first visit with new owners. I recieved estimates of work needed and time frame when they should be done for safety and I intend to follow up with those. One thing I did appreciate was that they fixed one of the tires that was taken off (it had a nail in it) so it would be good for spring, free if charge.
