The staff is friendly enough but it doesn't make up for price gauging, or them making up prices as they go or any of the other issues. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here. Drive the extra bit to town, it'll still be cheaper than shopping here and likely the same or better service.

Not sure if it’s because we’re not from out of town but more likely because we are native but the cashier gave us the worst treatment I’ve received in many years. Death glares when we walked in and watched us constantly. Had a sour face when we were paying. Wouldn’t have even bought anything if not for the fact that it’s the only option for a ways in any direction.

Prices seem a little extra high… beware if there isn’t a price on something and you bring it to the till… it might be a couple bucks higher than you would pay elsewhere!

Great place for all camping needs you might have forgotten to pack, on the way to green lake provincial park. Has gas, Deli, and all kinds of kids snacks too.

Great selection and good prices. Fresh food and baked goods available. Nice variety of affordable 70 mile souvenirs. Helpful, friendly, polite staff. Amazing customer service experience. $0.55 ice cream sandwiches perfect for the kids

Friendly staff always so kind to my boys. Great fresh deli. It has a decent selection for groceries if you can't get to the city and I love their clothes good quality.

Busy travel day, stopped to fuel up. All pumps taken except one, so took it. Go inside to pay. Only to be told it hasn't been working all morning. No sign on the pump. Line up already for the other ones. Got back on the road and kept going.

Not so much a review as a memory...I used to work at this store 40+ years ago. I now live far away in Texas (how far away can you get!) but I remember this store and many of the locals. It saddens me to think how many of them are mo longer there.I also remember many of those who were just passing through, but made that trip every year.In those days, the store went under the name of "Mile 70 General Store." How time has flown and the store gas changed.

Good selection across the board. Little deli in the back to custom make subs, pizza, sandwiches and lots of other goodies. Descent produce section as well. It's licensed, so that's a bonus too! Super friendly staff.

Not a lot of places to gas up and shop in 70 Mile House, so I was grateful to find the happy, helpful folks at this general store. Plenty of essentials on the shelves and a little food corner/deli as well. Washrooms were wonderfully clean. Good place to stop.
