Really disappointed in the service of the 7-Eleven. This guy always keeps us waiting If you come in the night. He keeps on cleaning the store while the customers are waiting outside What’s the point of a clean store if the customers can’t even shop ????
He keeps on saying wait for 15 minutes, and doesn’t open the store while we are waiting outside in the Freezing cold. Really disappointing

I stopped by 7-Eleven around 12 A.M. because my friend needed a Band-Aid. The staff were helpful in directing us to the right aisle, and when they saw my friend’s cut, they generously gave us a Band-Aid for free. Great service—thank you!

Extremely disappointed. We arrived at this place on Monday, August 5, at 2:15 AM, only to find it closed for cleaning. No prior notice was given, and we waited for 30 minutes with no staff in sight. It was a complete waste of time. Will not be returning.

I have been going there about once a week for the past two years. Most employees greet me as I walk through the door and some of them got to know me and ask me about how I’m doing.
I gave four stars instead of five simply because an employee who started taking night shifts is always on his phone calling someone, and it impacted my visits. I try to communicate what I want and he makes me repeat 3-4 times because he doesn’t hang up, and then if I lose my smile he asks what my issue is. I understand it’s the night shift, and that it is a convenience store. It just bothers me.

disgusting behaviour man working the counter has exhibited. Works at a literal convenience store for minimum wage (i assume) yet calls customers broke for paying with change. Had a tantrum that he had to put in the mental energy to count it. Grown man acting like this is crazy.

Such a bad customer service provided by Jashandeep kaur , who said she is an assistant manager when I requested for a manager. She will give me soggy chicken wings that was fried way earlier. I ordered more and she had to make more . I asked her to give me all fresh one as I don’t mind the wait. And eventually be waiting. She said she have to give me old soggy fried ones no matter what. First time I heard in Canada. I paid for my food. Not like the food was free or discounted. My customer right was violated.I had to pay my money to finish their old fried chicken wings.absolutely unacceptable. I would rather go to other seven eleven that probably have good employees.

The worst 7-11 I have ever been too.A 30 degree day in August and half their Slurpee machine are out of order.I ordered Wedges and they use some generic product , not the original breaded 7-11 branded wedges.The guy at the counter wearing his gloves for food service and then using the til with them as well. Not sanitary!

The guy was working right in front of me. While I knocked on the door he stopped sweeping and went inside. If you don’t want to sell. Just close it during night. Because of people like you business are getting in loss or closed. Kindly do your duty or leave your job. I don’t want to mention the ethnicity of the person otherwise it could be a another issue. Mind it next time I am gonna post your picture.

4th time in a row, the night crew does not work and just keeps the doors locked at night not working at all. There is never night time service.

Shout out to the I think new dude that works nights! Great customer service, always has a smile on his face. Never sitting on his cell phone like most other stores in this town! Makes sure customers are safe while leaving the store. He’s Good at his job, keep up the great work bud.

Beware - overcharging. The lady working weekday mornings has now overcharged me twice, and my sister too. The first time, I said something and she tried to argue until finally she realized her mistake. Today I didn't realize until after and it was $6 more. Also they have next to nothing for hot food in the morning, usually just one flavour of taquito out around 8am. This location was great a few years ago, they have gone right downhill.

Awesome and friendly staff. My husband purchased a scratcher and the gentleman accidentally forgot to put it in our bag. No big deal, we go back a couple of days later and mentioned it to him and he said that he was waiting for us to return and grabbed the scratcher that had put aside with a copy of our bill attached to it.
