Really really bad service we called them maybe more when 50 times every time they said we will come and fix the problem but they never ? also all furniture is sooooo bad It’s broken in first week be careful I gonna say don’t I see bad customer service but I m life never see that kind of people

Scam Alert
I purchased a Home Elegance Sectional Grey with Pull Out Bed and Storage Chaise from Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse, which came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, the quality of the sectional is extremely poor. Within a short period, the springs started coming out, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the store over the past four months—both through phone calls and emails—I have received no response. The owners have refused to honor the warranty or provide any assistance in resolving this issue. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I would not recommend Aldergrove Furniture Warehouse to anyone looking for reliable furniture and good customer service.

This company has terrible service. They never fulfill the their word what they promised to the customer. They have not responded my email back regarding enquiry about warranty for the damaged furniture at the time of delivery. I strongly recommend not to buy any furniture from this store.

Beware!
This company has terrible service, they will not call you back or get in touch with you after you have proceeded with the payment. I’ve been in touch with them for a year trying to get chairs fixed. I’ve been pushed away with excuses saying they are delayed. It’s been a year! This is completely unacceptable. From reading the reviews, I’ve realized that many other people are going through the same issue. They will sell you stuff and ensure you that they will fix anything that may come up, however, this is not the case. The owner will tell you that he will call you back but he never has done so. Horrible service!

*****This is an update after two years***** they have not yet contacted me or resolved the issue one of my friend is facing the same problem. This company is dishonest. Starting off with the manger, he lacks customer service skills. And He is dishonest and wastes people’s time. Never trust him. They say it’s costume made by never expect to be right or what you want. And they are very rude, this business is very unprofessional. Even with me giving them the exact measurements I want for my sectional they delivered the wrong one which doesn’t fit in my living room and they simply left it there. They also lied about the delivery it took more than 12 weeks for the sectional to be delivered. Beside the fact that they canceled on my twice. Now, I’m trying to get a refund and get rid of their dishonesty. I would encourage you all to read the reviews because I personally fell into their nice treatment at first but turns out they just want to sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!Update!! after many months the manager(Baldip) kept lying and he never showed up he keeps promising of a date to come and fix it and he never does! This business is really dishonest especially this manager lacks professionalism and customer satisfaction. Again I would truly aware you to not buy from them!!

They are terrible and scammers. Our springs had broken in our mattress and it’s been a month and half since we have been trying to negotiate and get it fixed. We tried talking to the lady who works there but she’s saying there’s no manager to talk to and to text them through email but they have not once responded to our emails. Also one more thing, we bought a brand new dining set which later we had some problems with one of our chairs just a week later, and got it replaced ?♂️ Do not support this business as they have no direction as to how to run it. When you buy something they’re gonna act like it’s all their responsibility if something comes out broken but that’s just a selling tactic, when you actually get the furniture and something happens they completely switch up and don’t pay attention to your warranty or anything. If you have the time to negotiate with these people to fix your furniture, then do buy from this terrible company. Also the staffs are highly undertrained and say stuff just to sell. When we confronted them, they then proceeded to say we “harassed” the delivery guys which we did not at all. Just terrible customer service, they’re liars, very defensive and rude also with highly terrible products that look all fancy and well-made but in reality they get worn out and ripped, damaged fast. As an update - one of the dresser drawers was found to be damaged. I asked for a fix many months ago and was told the manufacturer is hard to deal with during Corona. Now 6 months later, I get no response from the sales guy.I initially asked to swap the drawer for the floor model drawer, where I was told they wanted to order a new one. I later checked my photos from the store and realized they sold me the floor model and never admitted it when I queried about the drawer swap. - disappointed.

The worst business ever!!!No customer service at all!The are the biggest lier that I have ever seen in my life!!After 4 years of following up to use our warranty for our real leather sofa, they changed their policy and said we don’t have any warranty!!!More than 100 times of call, email and text, the manager said : “ you know what? there is no warranty for you “!!!!Go tohell!!!!

I have been waiting for over 2 years for the repair of my furniture, while I was promised that issues would be resolved within the warranty period. Every time I follow up, I am given assurances that repairs will be done by the end of the month, but so far, no effective action has been taken. This prolonged and disappointing experience as a customer makes me hesitate to recommend their services to others.
