Absolutely horrible customer service by the employee in the store. I was in with my girlfriend trying on shoes and the rep asked if I actually wanted to buy a shoe because I was going to stretch the leather. I ended up buying the shoe, however when I found better quality and prices elsewhere, I came back to return it to the same employee. He did not talk to me whatsoever and when processing the return, he asked for my address and postal code. When I asked if I had to, he said it was government policy (which is not true because I work in retail also). Thankfully another employee came and told him he was wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would, never going back again! ??

I had a great experience shopping at Aldo store in Abbotsford. The young lady that was serving me was helpful and cheerful. I felt she went above and beyond in assisting me. Plus her knowledge of the products was impressive. I will definitely be going back. If I could give more stars I would.

Needed dress shoes for work that still felt comfortable and weren’t too dressy at the same time. The staff was very helpful and Liv helped me pick out the perfect shoe in no time. Fast and efficient service. The shoes work great!

I was at this store today…and trust me the worst customer service ever! Strange how the girl was not even intrested in talking. Just pointing her fingers on the bill. And the look she was giving was terrible. Someone not even took the dummy piece out of my hands and the other girl did not take my shoes which i selected to the counter. I myself picked it and took it to the counter…they behaved very rudely and this is not even first time. I usually dont post negative about someone..but these girls left no option.. they always treat you like like you are shopping there for free and not paying anything ! will never return to this aldo location.
