When I visited the showroom Tess was able to answer all my questions and was also able to help get a replacement cartridge through the manufacturer at no cost. I have always for Andrew Sheret to have great service and fair pricing.

This fantastic business Andrew Sheret just made my week yesterday. I had a fairly big order and wasn't able to call it in earlier, it was cutting it close to their closing time.Thanks to the awesome work put in from Noah and Kevin, I was able to get the order filled and completed my project on time! More importantly On Budget!Special shout and high fives to Noah and Kevin! A couple of awesome people from Andrew Sheret. They went above and beyond what I expected!See you guys next time! I feel compelled to write a review after a recent experience.Showed up with a printed order list taken off the website, with a bunch of items in stock at my local store. About $400 worth.At first, two of the products couldn't be located. Waited around for a while. Then they were found. I get sent to the payment window and realize the total was significantly higher (about 25%) than what the online order sheet quoted. I went back to the associate before paying and was informed the items I wanted couldn't be found, so they replaced them with other ones that were twice the price but they didn't feel the need to disclose this. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice? When they tried to cancel the items, it became a 30 minute ordeal involving 5 different people punching keys on the computer to cancel something I hadn't even paid for yet. Finally somebody was able to sort it out. I paid and off I went. Something that shouldn't have taken more than 10-15 minutes took close to an hour. I quickly counted the items at the counter and it seemed right... however after getting home I noticed one of the fittings I was given was slightly wrong (a slightly different tee than what I paid for). Back to the store I went, where I couldn't even get an apologetic look from the employee for wasting half of my morning.This company needs a serious investment in modern technology and inventory management. Even the own employees can't find stock in there, and when they do the archaic computer system won't let them do simple functions in a reasonable amount of time.If you don't need something right away, I highly recommend either ordering online or going elsewhere.

In person they are great, if you’re a female and you have to talk to service/parts good luck. I waited 6 weeks for lights just to be told they had nothing on file for an order. The guy had been very flippant with me during the call so I had my suspicions.

I expected better customer service from such a large company. Customer service is all about helping customers big and small. Being overtly negative with your arms folded doesn't inspire a helpful atmosphere. I immediately went to another plumbing supply place and the salesman provided me with a simple solution to what I needed. I guess he was more experienced and knowledgeable. Amazing how simple customer service and the resulting sales is if you are so inclined.

We had an excellent experience when choosing fixtures for our bathroom renovation. They have a great showroom with a good selection on display. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
