Love this store! Always popping in here when I’m at the mall. Only thing is the selection of sizes has been limited on some items I really loved. However I managed to find them on the Shop app and they are being delivered.

The lady on the phone is so dumb and can’t understand anything and when I try to kindly explain she rages. Terrible customer service, please stay clear of this location if you want to save yourself from being verbally assaulted by the idiot on the phone. Never coming here again.

I went to do a straight exchange on Boxing Day for a different size. It was NOT busy and 4 staff were standing around and they would not exchange my purchase and told me to come back in two days. The staff were rude. There is absolutely no reason for this except laziness.

Amazing costumer service ! The manager was amazing at helping find sizes and the staff was all very friendly ! Will definitely be coming back because of the welcoming atmosphere ! Also noticed a lot of reorganizing done on the clothing walls that made it much easier to navigate the store !

Store looks so different now. The staff are friendly and a girl there helped me a lot getting the right sizes for clothing I needed for a gift.

5 months agoNot knowledge staff about the product and promotions stuff.My partner and I picked up a sports pant with 20% discount. Sales women explained she can't do it as it's red tag missing and was returned item as someone put hand written tag attached to pj. It's kind of so upseting.

I tried ordering online awhile ago. Under the women's section for converse I put women's 7.5. They sent me a men's 7.5 so I returned it, the customer service rep that helped me online was fine. I went into the actual store to check out if they had any. It was the same store location my shoes had shipped from.I showed her the shoe and told her the size I want and she asks if i got it from the men's or women's side... they were unisex shoes but i said the women's side and told her the women's size I needed.Instead of just saying they carry limited stock she says Converse are out of fashion I should order it online. I told her why I don't feel comfortable ordering online and she goes "Oh the person ordering it must have hit men's."The invoice I had said women's 7.5 but okay.Y'all can just admit there was a mistake and didn't look closely enough instead of gaslighting me.

Went in on July 9th, had what I needed to exchange for, but extremely unimpressed that none of the girls working where wearing masks. And I highly doubt any of them have had a single vaccine. Won’t be going back. Did not feel safe being around the staff that could have gotten me sick!

Worst customer service ever!!My partner and I picked up a few gifts for his granddaughter at Christmas time. Then we asked for a gift receipt. The young woman at the checkout counter informed us we should have asked for it prior to our purchase being rung through and acted like we were stupid for not knowing that. She told us it was no longer possible. Really???
