“Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop.
