No hot water in the dog bath for 3 days,I asked the employee why is there no hot water there "still fixing it" guess I'll be going elsewhere to bath my dog ?

The 2 young fellows in the store were awesome with my puppy and clearly LOVE doggos. They were both equally helpful in adjusting the new harness I was getting for my puppy. Great service.

Great store. Process are pretty much the same as everywhere else. Every 12th or 13th bag of cat food is free. Friendly staff usually ask after my cat, who I adopted from them. These people love pets.

Lovely, knowledgeable staff who truly care about animals. It's not the cheapest and doesn't have the hugest selection but it is full of good quality items for our dog and cat. I especially appreciate the quality pet foods.
