Had to get our vehicle fixed through an insurance claim. they didn’t complete the work leaving a hole in our muffler and tried to charge us a betterment charge. terrible customer service

I am so grateful to have found this body shop! How wonderful! I was expecting at least 2 weeks or more to get my car repaired and it only took about a weekThe staff are wonderful people. We all encounter stressful obstacles throughout our lives, but the people at this body shop make it a lot less stressful. Everything was provided with kindness and efficiency!

Be very careful using this company I thought they where good until what happened to me plus I used them and recommend them before to other people I was in a accident hit by drunk and driver he side swiped me I had witnesses plus they had cameras at lights and businesses around I dealt with this women at Boyd’s she has worked there for along time she told icbc that I was lying that it was not hit this was all happened before they changed the laws she said I am lying about accident icbc pulled me in never told me what was wrong went in they interrogated me which I recorded the whole interrogation they told me all this bull then I asked the. Who is telling them it’s not true they told me Boyd so I said since when are they investigating weather it’s true or not so to make it short they cannot be trusted manager can reply to this message but I have recording proof of interrogation they should stick to what I hired them for instead trying to be hero they investigate everything and icbc found out that I was telling truth and apologized to me you should stop trying to be the private investigator and do what your suppose to do the and now the piece they fixed is going rusty on vehicle after couple years this is why I decided to tell my story please don’t bother responding to my comment cause I don’t trust your company and never will after what I went through have good day hopefully this will help people decide weather to use them take caution

Highly recommended this place to everyone! Really good customers service and fast. I was so happy when I picked up my car, wow they cleaned it shiny everywhere! They did really good job indeed. Sorry no photos because too busy but their office really clean and organized
