I'M LEGITERALLY THERE RIGHT NOW MAILING OFF A WHACK-LOAD OF PACKAGES! THE SERVICE REP HELPING ME, HARLEEN, IS AN ABSOLUTE QUEEN IN THE BEST OF WAYS! SHE IS SO PATIENT AND KIND WITH THE CONSTANT LINEUP OF PEOPLE! SHE ANSWERED ALL MY SILLY QUESTIONS ABOUT SNAIL MAIL AND REALLY HELPED ME COMPLETE MY TASK EVEN THOUGH I'M EXTREMELY UNFAMILIAR WITH THE PROCESS! Dishonest teller told me my lettermail envelope required 2 stamps when it only needed a single as it was well under 30g. The stamp is worth a mere dollar not sure why they need customers to be wasteful and scam people over like this.

didn’t expect much but the girl who was working the front counter, Kulvir - wow.. I know minimum wage doesn’t guarantee good service, but you should at least be a ~little~ nice lol I’ve never seen someone treat customers so poorly right in front of management - wild to see.

This have been the main post office that I've used for years and never had a problem. Recently though I posted a box, and paid the price that I was told to pay, only to have the box returned in a couple of days with the paid label torn off. The guy who helped me in the first place, help me again by just replacing it and was going to call with the tracking number which was over a week ago now. I've been told twice I'm going to get called with that tracking number, and no one has called. I know the stuff happens, and that part is not the big deal. The big deal is not communicating. We have no proof about this box if I don't have the tracking number. I'm very disappointed, and probably will not be using this Outlet again when things clear up. I think I'm actually going to go to the Canada Post which is just across the road. If I don't hear from them within a couple of days, or my parents get the box, I will be giving them less than three stars.

staff is rude, not welcoming at all, always rushing customer. an employee must guide customer throughout the process and not make assumptions that customer is familiar with everything.wish i could give 0 stars

I visited Canada post around 4:30 on Saturday. There is one girl worked there - simarjot k . She was very nice with the customer infront of me but those two people were so rude with her. She asked politely that if you are still figuring out something, can i just take drop off from the next customer so they do not hv to wait longer but they start yelling at her that why did you say this!! Call your manger and when manager came she supported customer and helped them . but i went to her and console her bcz i also work in customer service and sometimes people are being so rude . There should be a helpful centre for employee, if customer being rude to them especially in postal service like these!

Went to shoppers today, saw a canada post girl yelling at customers “you are rude”, while the customers were speaking so politely with her. What’s happening CANADA POST ???!

Would give 0 stars, if it was possible.I'm here now for the third(!!) time in a row within just a few days, trying to return an Amazon parcel during regular post office hours - and every single time the staff is on their half hour break. Be it 11am on the weekend, or 8pm tonight.Has happened before.Absolutely inacceptable!!
