Canadian Tire is a well-maintained and clean store that offers a convenient shopping experience. The store is praised for its good location, with items usually in stock, making it easy to find what is needed. Customers appreciate that helpful staff are available, which is rare at many stores these days. The automotive department, in particular, receives high praise for friendly and attentive service, with staff going out of their way to assist customers, even during busy times or emergencies like fixing a burnt-out brake light on a long trip. The store staff are recognized for their excellent customer service, with one employee notably helpful in locating a part for a home air conditioner. While prices can sometimes be higher, such as for specific tools, the store generally avoids price gouging and offers affordable options for quick visits. The quality of products is often considered subpar and mainly imported, but the store's overall affordability and convenience make it a good choice for budget-conscious shoppers or those seeking quick, efficient service.
Manager has above and beyond customer service skills and overall had an amazing shopping experience. This is not a robot review, if your planning on buying anything from canadian tire go to this location in Abbotsford.
