“Went with the touchless carwash and it lived up to its name. It never touched the bugs on the front grill or hood. Disappointed for sure.
I was contacted and asked to go back to have the issues resolved. I went back and showed an attentand (bad with names) and he washed my car and took great care to make sure it was satisfactory for me. He was pleasant and detailed in his work. Next time I will try the soft cloth wash to help with the bug spots. Overall, issues can be dealt with and when they are everyone wins. Thanks for taking care of mine.”

“Okay so I rarely wash my car. When I pulled up to go through the automatic car wash, the attendant volunteered to brush my car down first (because it was so dirty… I know, terrible). Ended up being so clean after I went through the automatic car wash because he had brushed it down prior! Thank you! Highly recommend.”
