We stopped to get directions from this vender during one leg of our travel and then we ended up shopping there on our way back. All were friendly and helpful, especially the woman (only one woman) in the store that day. She went out of her way to ensure we got what we needed, whether we were paying customers or not. One way we were not (paying customers) yet on the way back we were a paying customer. Good customer branding Miss! Well shop again there because of you!
That’s tremendous brand loyalty and the woman in the store knows that concept well. Praise her, she’s putting out the positive energy and it’s paying off in spades!

This store used to be my go-to for its excellent customer service and impressive selection of both imported and local beers that were hard to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, both of these aspects have recently declined. The beer variety, including local BC brews, has diminished, and the quality of customer service has dropped as well. I hope they address these issues, as I really want to continue supporting local small businesses.

My go to stop until they started getting way too greedy. $5 for a single tall can? Head down the road to the BC liquor store, and save almost half the cost and still cold too.

I always go to this place. But today I know I reached 11:57 and she the manager was kind of overbearing upon me and said you have one minute very rudely. And I said I will pick in just one minute. She was mad upon me and I said you should not speak with customers like this I was not happy and she said our customers are happy. I had very bad experience. I found manager lady super rude and bossy! While I was standing in last there after billing she showed me hands towards gate to Go then I said am waiting for the bill she again behaved rude and said them you ask for it it was super bad to shame any customer.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! My bf was working there and he got sick with heart issues made clear communication and his manager ignore him completely!! Leaving him on read! And then finding out he’s fired by not being able to sign into his work account!

Normally I go just to grab their Mission Springs brand root beer. No alcohol in it at all. Wasn't able to purchase because they insisted I needed 2 pieces of ID to buy soda
