Clearbrook Return-It Bottle Depot

Hours: Clearbrook Return-It Bottle Depot is a local recycling center that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the helpful and friendly staff, others have reported rude employees and inconsistent policies. The depot is generally well-run, with a person often available to assist customers who have difficulty bringing in their recycling. This service is appreciated by many, and the staff is described as nice and willing to work for tips. However, some customers have had negative experiences, such as being told they cannot bring their bikes inside, despite there being no clear signage prohibiting this. The depot has also been criticized for offering lower rates per can compared to other locations. Despite these issues, the depot has made efforts to improve. One customer noted a recent visit where the facility was much cleaner and more organized, with a friendly staff member helping them with their recycling. Another customer appreciated that the depot allowed them to drop off paint cans, even though they were closed for a holiday. Overall, Clearbrook Return-It Bottle Depot seems to provide a generally satisfactory recycling experience, with some room for improvement in terms of consistent policies and customer service.
