    Very pleased with the service given to us by Manjinder this week.

    No Customer Washroom - This location doesn’t provide a washroom for customers waiting for appointments. I have never been to a bank without a customer washroom. They suggested I use the washroom at nearby restaurants. Poor customer service.

    I met with Shawn to go over investment planning, and it was a very positive experience. He and the other staff members were all very kind and helpful.
