I made the mistake of purchasing a machine from these guys. Do not do it! It was sold to me with an inverter already wired andbset up. It shows up completely damaged from being dropped on its face. Crushed the safety cover on the eight to left gears, broken handle and no inverter. First they said it was crushed by a strap. They the said the inverter was coming on a separate shipment. Come to find out they never had one. They said they would have it shipped from Amazon. Once it was receied they said they would pqy an electrician to hook it up if I found them. 6 months no response. Awful experience. Stay working with anyone but these guys.

Bought a laser Engraver from Mitch at Coast Machinery. Had some issues that neither Mitch or myself were aware of at the time of Sale. Contacted Mitch about this and with some back and forth Mitch and Cyril worked on this to get the machine to what it was advertised at. 6 months later my shop burned down and when Mitch found out about it, he offered to do replacement costs for all my machinery for Insurance purposes free of charge. I cannot thank Coast Machinery Group enough for all the help through all this. Highly recommend working with CMG. Thanks Mitch and Cyril.

When you talk with him he promised so much. Everything he has its only a trash
I bought machinery worth $150k and all are trash non of those works. From original order he didn’t deliver all machines Im still missing machines. I also selected a biesse skill 2015 and he delivered a old garbage. Be careful from him he is a big scammer nothing more

All machines is garbage, i know this man name Mitch, i buy from him cnc machine 16 months ago, he promise me,when install the machine and machine is working then two months warranty but machine didn’t working, he guys deliver the machine and install but machine not working, more than 16 months gone but still machine not working, I pay him total amount $69000, I have all proof if  any buddy want see I show you, I m lots of time call him and e mails but he didn’t answer,

We reached out to Mitch for help moving three machines for us, he came over to the Island the next day to view and take pictures. We found him to be very attentive to our needs of selling these surplus machines in a timely manner, for top dollar!

I planned to buy an used vacuum pump last year at Coast Machinery and it has done recently. Unfortunately by some reason the machine did not work because of some parts. Mitch sent his techical guy to our shop right away to check, and it needed a couple of time to be fixed. I was so stress at that time because I need the vacuum to process the manufacturing. So, they solved my issue by lending me a brand new one, treated us in emmergency case. Thank you so much Mitch and Cyrill. I will be your loyalty customer for sure.

Updated; I contacted Mitch in July 2022 regarding the sale of two smaller items, a price was agreed and arrangements were made for them to be picked up from our facility. The pick up never happened and I've contacted Mitch on several occasions to find out when they'd be picked up, several excuses and 12 months have passed. Our previous good review of 5 stars has now been updated to reflect our latest experience.Mitch was very responsive to my requests and the whole process of selling our surplus equipment from offer to picking up was seamless.More companies should be as professional as Coast Machinery Group.

UPDATED: Lots of selection but no customer service; asked about tooling and got pointed to a pile on the floor and told 'maybe there is something in there'...and guy walked away. NO other customers or calls...no one....Inspector arrived AFTER I got my short-lived service so you can get your facts straight; in fact, I arrived when your manager was on the phone earlier with someone else (you, perhaps?..asked if you were 'coming in today') so clearly I did not walk into the midst of any 'conference' going on.Later, I got to watch while your manager bowed to the Inspector; repetitively calling him 'sir' every 30 seconds and pouring out his guts...never did come back to help me...it was pathetic.
