Fantastic experience. We had an urgent tire issue on a road trip and Johnathan got us in right away on a Sunday. Excellent service and very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Very hard to schedule an appointment. Tried calling multiple times but no answer or call back. I guess I will go to one of the bigger guys. I will get better customer service at least, if not cheaper.

Ron is a great guy but only until you run into an issue. He replaced my front brakes & rotors. I got similar quotes from other mechanics but I decided to go with him because of my previous experiences with him. Day or two after the job, brakes started to squeal and thinking they had to be broken in, I kept driving for a few more days. A week later the squealing was still happening so I contacted Ron, given that he offers 30 day labour warranty. Ron took no accountability and definitely did not show any empathy towards the situation. He immediately started blaming me for braking too hard causing the brake pads to overheat and hence the squealing. He offered to fix it by cleaning the brake pads but only if I paid him for another hour of labour. I don't understand how I could have been over braking causing the braking pads to heat the day after the job given I only drive 20-30km/day.Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever recieved anywhere. I paid 3h of labour for him to do the job and even when it was under the 30 day warranty he blamed me for the problem instead of taking any accountability. He instead tried to get more money out of me knowing I need to get the problem solved. Definitely would not recommend him for anyone. Don't let his initial sweetness take advantage of you.Services: Brakes

I have been to this place a few times for my cars oil change and tire change over! And he did an amazing job! The prices are very fair and he is very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend him!
