I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. My mom went to return a plastic step, and even though there was no mention of a no exchange or return policy, the staff deducted $2 from the refund for what they claimed was a tax cut. I don’t believe there’s any rule that allows them to keep part of the refund, especially without prior notice. It feels unfair to take advantage of customers, particularly older individuals who may not know how to argue their case. Transparency in return policies is essential, and I hope they address this issue to avoid ripping off customers in the future.

VERY BAD SERVICE !! Those Aunty Uncle sitting there don't know customer service. Store khol k beh jande aa customer nal deal karn bare pta nai ehna nu !!

J kise cheej bare puchlo ehna to... agge bahut ghatiya answer krde aa ... shyad store ghat chalda kr k frustration hundi aa ...if you can't handle it close it please .. atleast don't ruin customers day and visit.
WOULD NEVER VISIT THERE AND I RECOMMEND PLEASE DON't expect any good service or help from them . ??
