“I’m giving 5 stars specifically for the local Brick store team, who were professional, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the in-store experience. From product selection to answering questions, the staff did their job well and represented the brand positively.
That said, I feel it’s important to highlight - respectfully and constructively - that many of the frustrations customers experience have nothing to do with the local store. Issues related to delivery crews, installation contractors, insurance providers, and extended warranty vendors were disappointing and poorly coordinated. Communication gaps, delays, and lack of accountability from these third-party services significantly take away from what could otherwise be a great overall experience.
It’s clear the store-level team is doing their best, but Head Office seriously needs to review and improve how these external vendors are managed, as they directly impact customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation.
I would happily work with this local store again, BUT hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at the systems and partners supporting them.”
“Dealt with Anshdeep and he was very helpful in the purchase of a new Frame TV, he even went above to help with the set up with facetime and when we could not locate the remote he said to stop by to pick up another one from another tv that same night. We ended up finding the remote but we were grateful for his prompt service to help us out so quick.”

“I had the most wonderful experience with the Photolab at the London Drugs in Abbotsford today (store #16). I sent in photos to be made into folding cards just the other day and called this morning to check on the status of my order. I NEEDED it today, but knew it was on the early end of their turn around timeline. I spoke with a woman named Michelle, who, with the other staff in the photo lab, ensured they completed my order today for pick up! She was so kind and lovely on the phone and she ABSOLUTELY made my day! Thank you!”

“This is the best 7-11 in Abbotsford. Staff are always so kind and helpful. It's pretty clean and they always have full stock. If they are out of something or in the middle of cooking more food for the display they usually tell you as soon as you walk up to the counter to order.”
