“I’m giving 5 stars specifically for the local Brick store team, who were professional, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the in-store experience. From product selection to answering questions, the staff did their job well and represented the brand positively.

That said, I feel it’s important to highlight - respectfully and constructively - that many of the frustrations customers experience have nothing to do with the local store. Issues related to delivery crews, installation contractors, insurance providers, and extended warranty vendors were disappointing and poorly coordinated. Communication gaps, delays, and lack of accountability from these third-party services significantly take away from what could otherwise be a great overall experience.

It’s clear the store-level team is doing their best, but Head Office seriously needs to review and improve how these external vendors are managed, as they directly impact customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation.

I would happily work with this local store again, BUT hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at the systems and partners supporting them.”

“I have not received my TV yet, so my review only covers my experience with the purchase and dealings so far with Visions and the salesperson, Piyush Sapra-Kyh. He was exceedingly helpful, honest and accomodating. He was also not at all pushy. The TV I purchased was a great deal and has been ordered from the warehouse. I can only asssume the delivery and condition of the TV will be equally satisfying and drama-free. I will provide updates if there are any issues. Very happy so far.”

“My son recently purchased gas and dropped his wallet outside by the pumps...he didnt realise he lost his wallet until he reached yale..he called the gas station and an older gentleman turned his wallet into the 7-11 people...my son turned around and drove back and all his money and identification were there..thank you to the honest clerks and man who turned it in..we will always stop there for fuel and snacks..god bless
