Overall I'm less than impressed. That being said there are some very positive things to be said about excell storage. The facilities are in fact very clean. Bathrooms are available though I haven't personally used them. The staff are incredibly friendly, almost religiously friendly was the vibe I got. Especially when I was told no one is allowed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while at the facility. Yeah, that's like a law but thanks guy. On the down side there access hours are limited if you work full time and have multiple time consuming obligations. If you've got nothing going on however, it probably won't be a problem. My biggest issue with this place is their policies the employees (and possibly the owner), insist on. Policies have to be rooted in law to have any chance of a fight should there be an issue. I haven't found anything to back up the contract I signed. And really, some of it was ridiculous. So here's what happened: I went and started a rental contract with this company, I didn't have a lock with me but also didn't have any stuff with me. To be fair my son said he heard the guy say there needed to be a lock on the unit immediately. I didn't hear that and considering it was 5 minutes to office closure, I don't see how they would've expected me to manage that besides giving them even more money for a lock. So anyway a couple days go by and I finally have a chance to get over there. My car is packed I punch in the code and find that my access code has been suspended. Their reasoning? I didn't put a lock on my empty locker and they wanted to save me money by ensuring I didn't get charged the $150 security fee if someone opened my locker. There's so much wrong with this I can't even. Also you can only be in your locker for 90 minutes. Like what's up with that?

Excell has turned out to be the best storage facility that I have the pleasure of using. Clean bathrooms, with paper towels, music for our pleasure and very secure.

I only recently rented a storage locker here. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff when signing up, their help and presentation of optins available. Access is easy and everything is clean. So far, I can safely say that I'm glad I moved here from another location which did not offer the same level of maintenance and cleanliness..

Would not give this business, my business after seeing the way they treated my friends in their time of need no compassion & no empathy their payments for storage was not late and they did not need this kind of treatment so be wise and shop around.

We recently sold our Abbotsford home and required storage for the contents while our new home was being built. The staff at Excell could not have been more helpful in setting us up with easy access units that fit our needs perfectly. Brad worked out an estimate quickly that was within our budget and accommodated our needs. Vikram checked us in at the desk and showed us ahead of time the various units available. This facility is brand new and spotlessly clean through out. It has excellent security, is well light, has washrooms, handy carts, and spacious elevators. They also have storage supplies available for purchase. We can access our goods at convenient hours using our secure gate codes without having to bother anyone. Modern computer systems and video surveillance ensure the safety or your possessions. The hours you have access to your storage unit are ridiculous . For the amount i pay per month i'd much rather a 24hr access. The staff are very friendly tho but I wouldn't use this place again. It's good for anyone that accesses storage from 9-6 only?
