I wish I had read the reviews before taking my car here. After reading them I see it is a common occurrence to be given an estimated completion date and then for it to be changed with absolutely no warning. I brought my car in last Thursday and was told it would take 1 day to change my exhaust pipe. Then on Monday when I had called I was told it was being "reassembled" and should be done tomorrow. On Wednesday I call again and recieve the same message. Today my mom called and was told they were doing a wheel alignment and should be done by the end of the day but that they were busy. This is very frustrating as I do not have Courtney vehicle coverage and as a college student can not afford it. I have actually missed 2 days of work this week because of this incident. Please, consider going elsewhere.EDIT: after a week of waiting it was finally done. However they did not fully detail the car. They only did the driver and passenger floor mats, nothing else, not even the dashboard. there was absolutely no communication upon pickup on what was done or why it took so long. No apologies for the miscommunication about my car taking longer than it should have. Please do not go here.

Went in for initial consult regarding accident because this was the closest Tesla approved facility ICBC recommended. Technician who saw car initially said they'd paint a bumper and do the alignment since it was pulling to one side after accident. 2 months later, got an appointment to drop car of. Was told it would be fixed within 24 hours. 1 week later, they said it wasn't ready still and would take another few days because they were awaiting approval from ICBC for the alignment. Went in the next day to speak to them and realized no one at the front desk has any idea of what is going on. They said alignment is between icbc and the customer, we have nothing to do with it, you can call icbc and discuss if they'll allow an alignment but we have nothing on file about an alignment. At this point i just wanted my car back and they said it'll be a few more days. I was driving their crappy civic which wasn't maintained and wasting gas. I told them as long as its not on my surgery day. They called the night before my surgery and said that we must pick up car within 24 hours or they'll charge fees. So basically, they give the wrong information, they are tardy af and no one at the front desk knows what is going on. They even said that they confused us with another Tesla customer. So to recap we waiting more than a week for a bumper to be painted and alignment wasn't done but we were told that's what they were waiting for and then they expect us to pick up the car asap within 24 hours while I will be in surgery. Also called at the end of the night so our 24 hours would start then instead of the next morning....just insensitive, late, and misinformed. Just watch the front desk staff or call them and you'll realize this quick.

Fix Auto is a Tesla-approved body shop. I had to replace my windshield for my model 3. Erin whom I spoke with at the time explained the process well. She was warm, helpful & gave me the relevant information I need. When I came in for an assessment, their reception office was nice & clean. Erin even offered me a drop off/pick up service to/from my home on the date of the repair. They finished the repair quickly & I didn’t have to wait the next day to pick up my car. Kelly at reception gave me a nice package of the invoice, certificate of guarantee & receipt. They even washed & vacuum my car. Execellent service is what I got. A rare thing these days. I highly recommend them and probably will use their expertise again when I have a need for it. Ty, Fix Auto! Keep up the great work! ?

I recently had my car repaired at, and I must say the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The skilled technicians did an outstanding job restoring my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. The paintwork was flawless, and the attention to detail truly showcased their expertise. I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome and would recommend their services based on the exceptional craftsmanship.However, my overall experience was tinged with frustration due to a significant miscommunication at the front desk on several occasions. When we spoke on the phone to discuss pick up times/drop off times I inquired about the hours of operation. Relying on the data provided over the phone and I confirmed a few times, I rushed to the shop just before what I thought was closing time as that what was provided to me over the phone.Upon confronting the front desk person about the misinformation, the response I received was disheartening. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, I was made to feel as though it was my fault or I misheard. This dismissive attitude left me perplexed and frustrated, especially considering the urgency I felt to reach the shop before closing. What compounded my disappointment was observing a stream of other customers arriving at the same time as I did. It became evident that we all likely received the same incorrect information. This raised concerns about the consistency and accuracy of the information provided by the front desk.In summary, while the work completed is commendable and speaks to their expertise, the front desk's miscommunication significantly impacted my overall experience. Clear and accurate communication is vital in customer service, and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more seamless experience for future patrons. Despite the front desk hiccup, I am grateful for the exceptional repairs performed on my vehicle.

I had my Tesla fixed here after a coyote ran into me. From booking, to assessment, to repair, the staff was great to talk to as they took their time explaining what was to be expected.The only downside was waiting on Tesla to deliver parts as it took almost a month for the ordered parts to come in.

Fix Auto Abbotsford East's staff was very helpful and polite. Erin and Kelly from the front desk were nothing short of delightful to speak to, very informative and patient. Michael (Mike?) the estimator was also very pleasant. The customer service (albeit a brief interaction) was absolutely deserving of a 5 star review.

Friendly and professional from estimate to completion. Everything was handled in one stop... they even replaced the windshield while it was in for bodywork. The attention to detail was noted. Fully detailed, my car looked like it rolled out of the dealership showroom. Lifetime guarantee on their work. Highly recommend.

I dropped my tesla for repairs in oct 2022 and they said it will be ready in feb 2023,so I called in feb and they said they are still waiting for the parts and it will be March.then again I called and same response it will be in April and when I called in April and they said it will be in June cuz their guy who works on Tesla left the job and it will be ready in June and agian June passed and we r in July. No communication shyt service. I don’t recommend anyone to drop your Vehicle with them cuz you might need to wait for a year to get bak your vehicle ?.Worst experience with this body shop.

Worst experience is understatement for them. They don't even deserve one star. It will take a note book to write my experience with them. No energy. So, take the following caution as serious as possible.For those who are considering going here, you choose this place only if you have no where else to go. I repeat, if you have no where else to go.
