I travelled from Vancouver Island to FOT and had scheduled a meeting to pick up a trailer after business hours. Unfortunately the ferry was delayed so I was late to pick up the trailer. Marc was very accommodating setting up an after hours meeting and was also very understanding when I arrived late. Marc took the time to ensure the insurance company would still meet me later in the evening as well. Highly recommend dealing with FOT, very straightforward sale, excellent communication!

Had a issue with my lighting on my flat deck trailer. I live in chilliwack but was in the aldergrove area. Decided to check this place out to see if they could fix my lights. No questions asked Jeremy fixed and resolved my issue within 10minutes and did not even charge! Super nice and I will be definitely keeping this place as my #1 trailer shop!!!! Thanks again Jeremy!!!

Found the trailer we wanted, came from island and picked it up. Marc was great. Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They even took the time to help us out with a grounding issue on truck. Highly recommend.
