The staff didn’t remove electric chips though I paid. I found it when I arrived at home.
The store wasn’t crowded, the staff didn’t concentrate on calculation she didn’t greet at us either!
I live in another city, why should I spend time and fuel again to remove it?!! Why?!!!
So frustrating!! They didn’t apologize properly!!
Don’t go there please!!

Didn't take the tags off my shirt even when I beeped out the door I asked the girl to double check, she said no, no it's been beeping all day. Well needless to say driving a hour and a half back to the store to get the tags removed was not on the agenda. I talked to the manager and sent me on my way like it was no big deal! Not great customer service!

Good selection, friendly staff, excellent prices, If you have a Gap membership you get an additional 10% off. In general I find prices for cloths in Canada to be higher than where we live, but here the prices were really good and well worth the visit. Parking under the shopping centre seems to be better than on top. We need Gap in Germany.

The cashier's painfully slow processing, even with a short line, resulted in an extended wait time that left me quite frustrated. It happens all the time!

My wife says this one is the best of the Gap outlets. More selection and larger store. I've been able to find a few things for myself and at pretty substantial discounts. Staff are very helpful. A bit of a drive to get there but usually make it part if an afternoon with other stops in Abbotsford.

Great deals. I thought the Gap was supposed to be expensive. I'm not sure if this is their clearance Warehouse but their prices were very reasonable. Large selection. Clean store. No line ups. No wait for the fitting rooms.The service wasn't that great. The staff was kind of awkward and didn't seem interested in helping. I asked if something came in a large and the lady just shrugged and said "I don't know, probably not." without even looking. That was surprising. There were five employees and no customers so it's not like they were busy. The front check out was friendly though. I'd still shop there as they had some nice clothes and good prices.

My wife went to return a defective item to the high Street Gap store at 11: 30am on May 21st and the female manager on duty rolled her eyes at her and was very rude. This is extremely unprofessional behavior that I wouldn't expect from any employee let alone a manager who is on duty and actively representing a brand. Not only was the behavior totally unprofessional and rude she did not resolve the issue. Extremely poor service. Very disappointed. This manager apparently does not understand BC consumer laws either in addition to basic professionalism when representing your employer on the clock as management.
