I called Helmut's and told them about the issue with my brakes and how I needed my truck back in time for a camping trip. Len went out of his way to ensure my brakes would be inspected and properly repaired in the desired time. He was great at answering my questions, and did the repairs quickly at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my cars here next time I need something done.

I only asked for: oil change, checkup, and to figure out what the issue is behind the engine check light.
They rotated my tires without my consent, charged me for it, then justified it by being part of the pre-trip inspection which is I was not informed of prior to leaving my car with them.
This is somewhere I won't be going back to.

I have been using helmuts for about 12 years and would never take my cars anywhere else in Abby. They are incredibly honest, down to earth, and friendly bunch of guys. One of the worst shops in town. Instead of fixing my bumper they drilled holes in it and zip tied it back on. They used the wrong coolant mixing two different kinds that forced me to flush the entire system. Then they left my car outside in the rain with the windows down and the interior was wet when I picked it up. New owners are trash. DO NOT GO HERE!
