Tried to buy a prepaid visa, machine was down. Cashier went on and on about a customer coming in prepaying the gas got distracted said the wrong pump and someone else took the customer's gas and how it was not the gas station's fault. Not real comforting for someone that has made the same mistake

Every time I go there at 8pm. The 1 staff member has the door locked and is just sitting on her phone at the side of the counter.

This gas station has been my go to place when driving west to Vancouver for a number of years as the prices are cheaper than in the big city. Their prices are the same as the other local stations and their services were adequate...... Until my last visit! I filled the tank up and went into store front and asked to use the washroom facilities. The woman cashier said they were closing the station soon so the washroom was closed! I was not impressed with her answer or attitude. I said I needed to go quite badly and all she could do was shrug.... The bathroom was not closed at all! What the hell? Bad business practice. Not impressed! Changing my gas up station.

I was told to remove my helmet to buy gas. It is humiliating to ask someone to remove their attire. Be prepared to be insulted if you shop here.

The fuel just plain works. Put in in the tank, drive till the gauge asks for more. Repeat. Its a beautiful thing.

Horrible customer service! It was 10:50 and the girl closed the store and when I asked to come in she said they are closed, which clearly states on the doors they are open till 11pm!
