Worst staff ever. The front lady and her supervisor lady were extremely rude, they refused to tell their name or provide me with any id.Towed my vehicle last night after their closing hours and asked me to come next day 8:00 am, reached there at the earliest and they charged me for two days. I requested them to let me know how it amounted to this large cost and they refused to let me know till I pay, that too in a very rude way. I was bullied, as they had my vehicle it was raining so I had no other option than to give in to whatever they ask.

Worst company with worst staff ! Horrible and extremely poor service , Extremely rude , unreasonable and Aggressive staffs , yelling and screaming at midnight for hours to wake up all neighbors , Their trucks leaking oils on our whole street to cause high risk for car accidents !

We had a great experience with Jack's towing tonight. I've never had a tow truck arrive as quickly as Inder did and he was quick to get the job done too! (Husband locked the keys inside thr vehicle)

This place is a major rip off. Nothing but a joke . I phone the office number, get a quote for my truck, get the price. Then go to the office speak to someone, and get the same quote.Go on the day of pickup and the price is up another 400 dollars. Not impressed at all. Would not recomend them at all. A complete joke!!

We called for a towing after our daughter had a car accident. They told us that it would take an hour. After waiting patiently for over an hour we called to get and eta only for them to tell us that their driver was injured and won’t be able to make it. Seriously!??? They could at least have the decency to call us back to let us know instead of letting us wait. Anyways we will certainly never recommend your towing company to anyone.

Needed a towing tonight after a car accident on eagle mountain. They told us that it would take an hour for the towing to get there. After waiting for an hour we called back and, oupsss, their driver is injured and they won't be coming. It would have been nice if they had called us to let us know!!!!' Now we have to find another towing company, wait another hour.... will definitely NEVER recommend your towing company.

My experience with Gurjot was excellent. He took the time to do the extra effort to place my van just right where it was needed: tucked in by the house so it was out of the way. It was a tight spot and he was very careful. This man gets the job done. Bravo.

Picking up my Tundra after 8 day impound (speeding) I waited 1-1/2 hours at Jack’s Towing office in Mission only to find the vehicle had a flat tire which appeared to have occurred in their yard by their comments.
Upon multiple requests staff would not present the invoice before charges paid!!!
Never happened to me; extremely defensive about explaining anything, citing the rough night elsewhere and overworked status prior to this morning.
Staff would not release pictures taken before or after towing.
A driver had to be summoned from outside to pump up the tire to get it outside their gate with no assurance it would even get me home 3 miles away.
They would not let me change the tire on site myself, which I respect well.
(I did make it home and found no puncture or any sort of leakage!)
ETA for said driver was not given; he gets here when he gets here.
Staff insisted it to not be possible to pick up a flat tire in their yard.
I did make it home and had to switch tires myself, finding a nail. I requested pictures they have taken at time of towing (after speeding)
2 hours till I got my keys,

Good experience with them. I had a vehicle that crashed on the highway and got them to tow it away and store it for me for over a month while all the insurance things were happening.

Wonderful experience yesterday, Gurjot the driver was super helpful, made a frustrating experience better. These guys go the extra mile and definitely recommend them.

I was definitely Impressed by the service I received by Jacks Towing. I had called back to thank them for the great service. The driver Kien was very friendly, did a fantastic job getting my vehicle and putting it exactly where it needed to be. I was definitely happy and impressed!!! Thank you so much Kien!!
