I recently visited Kirmac Collision & Autoglass in Abbotsford, and I had an amazing experience. The team is very professional, and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and truly awesome. I went to a few other collision centers in town for my bumper repair, but this one stood out by far. Their service was exceptional, and I would confidently give them a 10/10. Highly recommended!

Very sweet ladies at the front desk were able to get me in same-day for assessment after discovering my front passenger window completely smashed. Manager was diligent in tracking down replacement glass as my vehicle is quite old, and we were able to replace the window within the week.

An excellent repair facility with personable and helpful staff, eapecially Nicole Maher, and the rest of those who took such good care of me. The results were outstanding and a special thank you to the repair expert Dave Pucek who did such an amazing job with such attention to detail. I would highly recccomend Kirmac in the Abbotsford Automall to anyone who want to have their vehicle repaired in a caring, professional and expert service environment.

Kirmac in Abbotsford Automall was phenomenal in fixing repairs for me twice in one year. The first was when a gate malfunctioned and came down on my vehicle causing unseen damage to many areas of the roof, sunroof, windshield and paint. They are thorough and informative. My vehicle looked like new. They handled all the photos and dealing with ICBC. I just paid the deductible on both appts. They even washed my car inside and out! They warrantee all of their work for a year. I had to go back briefly because the rearview mirror electrical cover popped off and they fixed it immediately. The second time I had to use them, my windshield had a chip from a gravel truck rock and it spread immediately from the temperature outside. Comprehensive was not going to cover the cost of a new Toyota windshield but somehow they made it happen for me. I only paid the deductible again. I love these guys! I recommend them and Matteus and Angeille (I butchered her name sorry) are amazing!

The team at Kirmac, especially Aanchal was communicative and timely. They let me know as soon as my windshield was received, and installed it the same day. Its nice to have choice in town for Tesla repairs now. Highly recommend

Aanchal and the team at Kirmac this week! More than impressed with everything then got in my car and surprise it was spotless inside and outside after my Windsheild replacement. Nothing like going above and beyond. Comparing this place to the service received at another local Windsheild place here in Abby there is no comparison. I will be back!

I brought my Tesla Model Y in because it needed a new windshield. Those working at the front desk were great throughout the experience. The windshield looks great. The car also looked like it was cleaned which I did not expect at all. You can see this place cares about customer service which is something that you don’t see these days. Another plus was that the car was ready sooner than what I expected. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we’ve not had any heavy weather to see how the windshield does in those conditions and if there is such a problem, they said they would fix it which is great.(I’ll change my review to 5 stars if it’s still good after heavy weather). I highly recommend them!

I have dealt with Langley Kirmac before and for this specific claim I had to deal with the Abbotsford location because for some reason the Langley location was temporarily unable to work with tesla. I got my vehicle fixed from the Abbotsford location and at the time no one told me how long the vehicle would take and I was out of the country. They told me I had 24 hours to pick up the vehicle or they would charge me out of pocket for the courtesy car. They ended up waiving this for me, okay fine. My vehicle also has a PPF film on it so I had to go back after 6 weeks to have that replaced. I told them I work and need a courtesy vehicle ready for my arrival, the first time I went this was not an issue, the second time for whatever reason the girl at reception said it was not ordered and I'd have to wait 15 20 mins. I waited over 20 mins and they finished the car the same day. The next day I came to pick up my car and the area where they put the film was cleaned but the rest of the car was left dirty. I found that so unprofessional and just poor customer service. I mentioned it and the woman told me she could get one of the guys to clean it now, it would only take 10 mins. I told her as I had the day before when the courtesy car wasn't ready that I had to go to work. She said I could come back anytime for a free car wash. Like I'm going to drive all the way back to Abbotsford for that during the SAME hours I work. I'll stick to Langley location next time even if I have to wait.

It's clear they genuinely care about their customers, as they went far beyond what was expected for my vehicle.
