I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mark’s. I went in looking for a basic, warm, waterproof black coat — a simple and common item — and not only was it unavailable, but the staff seemed completely confused about what I was asking for. No one could clearly explain the options or help me find a suitable alternative.
For a store that specializes in practical outerwear, this was frustrating and a waste of time. Poor product availability combined with unhelpful service made this a very disappointing visit. I won’t be returning.

I came in last week trying to find a christmas gift and a young girl, I believe her name was Taninder, was a great help assisting me to find the correct items and gave amazing recommendations. She showed me a wide selection of clothing and jackets with amazing materials. Over all, all the employees are great helps when needing assistance.

Preferred clothing online, was shipped to the store, no email no call so I went there to see what was happening and they returned it to their warehouse because I was past 10 days hold, unbeknownst to me. They happen to have the same item in stock in the store but refused to give me the sale price I paid online. Marks can take a literal hike with their garbage customer service. Shop at redhart people! Better prices and way nicer people there. Marks has gone downhill bad.

Worst black Friday experience ever. The signage is confusing. The have 2 of the exact same steel toe boots with the same description. I spent over an hour deciding which boots I would settle for until I could afford the $ 300 caterpillar boots I usually buy from this store. I picked out my boots . Got to the front of the store just to find out the boots weren't in sale. I brought the cashier to where I found the boots. The sign clearly said mens Dakota hikera 50 percent off! She said oh no these aren't the ones. They ar the ones beside it and they don't have your size. I asked to speak to srcha the manager. She wasnt helpful or understanding at all. She said you have to read the long sku number at the bottom! Total bate and switch . The shoe staff thought it was funny. The cashier was apologizing to the shoe staff for my " behavior". I will never shop at this store again. I hope all 300,00 people that see my reviews see this one!

I always love Marks' clothing. They have a great selection and they are good quality that lasts. This time I ordered online for the first time, and the turn around for in-store pick up was quick! The staff were very helpful throughout the entire process.

Bought 2 hoodies and 2 t shirts, it was buy one get 1 half price, they charged me full price on both of the hoodies. I didn't realize it until I got home, I took all the stuff back so they knew what I bought. The women looked over the bill then said she had to refund the whole purchase onto my debt card I asked her why, and she said that's how are system works, so she rung in the 2 hoodies, but not the t shirts , I asked her again why she cannot put it all on the same bill, she again said it is how there system works. None of it made sense to me, but then I looked at the orginal bill and the new ones, I was charged more tax on the second two bills. There is something not right going on there. There was no apology, that I had to come back to fix thier mistake. Rude as he'll

Absolutely awful tried to return boots that had a bit of dust on the soul they tried to say no we wiped them on our pants to clean then they accepted them she all but called me a liar saying I didn't just wear them inside I am Absolutely appalled at how we were just treated I will never shop marks ever again

I couldn't find my size but a gentleman named Ahmad went above and beyond for me. I hope one day they'll rename the store from Mark's to Ahmad's
