I've always had warm and welcoming service here, and, as far as I'm concerned, the jewelry selection is a cut above the other stores they compete with...you should go decide for yourself though!

They often give me a good deal here and staff is very friendly and doesn’t try to get me to buy more expensive options and are very honest with you and they acknowledge you the moment you walk in they are very nice there I bought my girlfriend a necklace there and they where very friendly and very polite about the transaction and didn’t try to make me buy a more expensive option would recommend here for all jewelry shopping

My husband and I picked out a beautiful art deco wedding ring here back in March. Francesca was amazing! I look down at my ring every day and fall in love all over again :) Thanks for everything here and we will be back in October for the cleaning.

Francesqua was incredibly helpful throughout my experience. Initially I was there to purchase just one ring, but I ended up buying two instead. She is very professional and understands her customers' needs. She patiently showed me with a range of options, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. It was a fantastic and seamless experience overall.

Great store! Worth the drive to Abbotsford for this store. The lady that helped us with a wedding band was very nice and helpful. She was respectful and did not try to pressure us but listened to what we said and we were able to find exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was nice and the experience was great! We were impressed at how warm and welcoming all of the employees were. They even cleaned my engagement ring so it was nice and sparkly like new. Highly recommend.

I have been a regular customer at Micheal Hill in Seven Oaks Mall, in Abbotsford, BC, for a few years now. Over that time I have noticed a few things about the establishment that I would like to share with you.The staff are very knowledgeable about their jewellery and have a wide selection to choose from. The store is clean and reasonably priced. The staff is kind, caring and very pleasant, which is a direct reflection of the Robert’s, the manager’s, own disposition. I just know that when I go into the business that I am in store to be treated respectfully and that I’m in for a wonderful shopping experience. I would highly recommend Micheal Hill for all your jewellery shopping.I personally would like to tell you that the last time I was there, my fiancé and I bought a watch for her to wear to work. It was beautiful, indeed. I was recovering from a life altering surgical procedure at the time, and the staff demonstrated a genuine care and concern for my health. It was very nice of them to say the least; you can tell that they come to care for their customers; and it shows. Over the next couple of days, my fiancé returned to the store and bought me a stunning ring, the one I really wanted, which she payed a few thousand for. We have no regrets.

Staff member I dealt with was super nice and all of the other sales staff seemed nice as well . Experience was going fine until 1 gentleman owner/manager?) popped into conversation and gave his unsolicited opinion on some things completely unrelated to a jewellery purchase. At the time, I just kind of brushed it off. I slept on my decision and went back to the mall the next day and purchased the item from another store. It wasn’t a lot of money, but I couldn’t spend it at this store having such an unprofessional owner/manager, whatever his position is.

Honestly some of the best service I’ve ever received at a jewelry store. The manager Rob at the Abbotsford location in 7oaks was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. He actually encouraged us to find what we were looking for elsewhere as they did not have what we were looking for today (mens black titanium band with matte and gloss) and mentioned that he would be inquiring at their manufacturer about making rings like that in the future. They even cleaned my ring for free which is apparently standard practice at Michael hill.Super impressed

Francesqua helped me again today and was absolutely fantastic! She is extremely friendly and you can tell she really enjoys working with her customers. I have been a repeat customer for years now because of the amazing staff, but especially Rob and Francesqua!
