Many find it a great place to shop, perfect for creative projects and getting ideas, with fun sales, flyers, coupons, and Seniors' Days that are appreciated. However, the biggest problem noted is that everything is often really overpriced compared to online retailers, with prices described as ludicrous and keeping some from crafting more. While sales can offer a decent deal, the regular vast majority of items are way more expensive. The store's benefit is being able to see colors and feel materials in person, especially for those who loathe online shopping. There are significant concerns about a steady decline in service at the location. Long lineups, horrendous self-checkouts with no human assistance, and a lack of open cashiers have led to frustration and customers walking out.
