Just had an out-of-province vehicle inspection done here, and i was really impressed! The communication over the phone was excellent, and there was no hidden fees. Definitely five stars, will be back with any future inspections.

I came into the shop for a out of province inspection. I was told by the owners son that my windshield needed to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. He gave me a quote for the windshield and recalibration and we agreed for me to come in June 11th. When I arrived 830 am to Harry's to drop off my vehicle I was told when I came back at 12 pm by his son that he subcontracted out the glass work. I wasn't told by him when I agreed to bring in my 2021 jeep grande Cherokee that he didn't do glass replacement. I didn't agree to the subcontract or anyone other then someone from Harrys driving my vehicle. However, he still allowed a tech from 20/20 glass pick up and drive my vehicle from Harry's to 20/20 glass shop 20 minutes away where my vehicle was completely destroyed and now no one is taking accountability. Harry's is saying they aren't responsible and 20/20 glass is telling me that it's not their issue they destroyed the interior of my vehicle. Harrys Napa auto pro allowed their subcontractor to completely destroy me vehicle and cause thousands of damages. Harrys also then approved the out of town inspection knowing the front windshield was installed incorrectly, was not calibrated properly, auto braking was no longer working and blind spot sensors not working and that the windshield and rear view mirror was crooked and out of line. Harry's son also told me to swap my insurrance today and commit fraud against ICBC by making them deal with the damage to my vehicle by submitting a claim to them, even though the damage occurred at time of windshield replacement while still insured and registered in Alberta. 20/20 auto glass reinstalled my rear view mirror crooked, the windshield rattles now and my safety sensors aren't all working as they were when the vehicle was taken in for glass replacement. They cut an inch into my roof lining and destroyed my interior leaving black glue on my door handles, interior dash and steering wheel. I called the both Harry's auto a few minutes after pick up and 20/20 auto glass to explain the situation he told me to go fuck myself. Then he hung up on me. I went to the shop with my 10 year old son so get the owner to address the damage that done to my interior by 20/20 and he blew me off and told me if I was going to do anything or call insurance or the cops that they better show up to 20/20 before 5 pm because he has a hockey game to go to. The windshield was also installed crooked and there are uneven gaps in the sealing of the windshield. The owner ripped off the windshield tape when I showed up to show him the damages and issues that happened today at his shop, during the windshield pull and reinstall and told me that the windshield was rattling because of the glass tape leaving a gluey tar mess on my paint and windshield right before he told me his hockey game was more important then addressing the shitty workmanship and the destruction of my property. He attempted to gas light me into accepting defected and inadequate repairs. I was also told to fraudulently report it to icbc when I got my vehicle insured knowing that the vehicle is currently insured in Alberta and the damages from the 20/20 glass shop done by the technician occurred prior to the vehicle being insured with ICBC. Avoid these people at all cost. They do not care about the quality of their work, do not own up to their mistakes, take advantage of clients and attempt to gaslight you into accepting the thousands of dollars of damage they cause to your vehicle while doing a windshield glass replacement, they swear at their clients in fron of clients kids when you call to address major concerns with their work. I will be submitting a claim to the BBB filing a police report and contacting my insurance company. And as well as ICBC regarding their business practices.

Don’t get an inspection here. They almost turned us away from the appointment because they were backed up, and then didn’t complete our forms properly. Overall, very unprofessional.

This is the second time I've been into Harry's shop in the past 3 months! Unfortunately, my first visit was due to some jerk cutting off my catalytic converter and ripping out my O2 sensor for good measure ? I am happy to say the guys had the repairs done when they said they would and the estimate and bill were right on point. The second time around, they had the issue fixed on the same day, and again, the estimate and bill were spot on. Trust me, I did call around for quotes both times! Harry's did not over quote or overcharge. And they are the nicest bunch of guys to deal with!! Professional, polite, and always willing to take the time to explain the scope of the work required. Oftentimes, guys just assume us girls know next to nothing about the inner workings of our vehicle. That's not true for me as I grew up helping my Dad work on his vehicle many times. While it's far different times with regard to how vehicles were made back in the day and now, my Tuscon is a combustion engine nevertheless. Sorry, I can't afford an electric vehicle and at 70, I'm not going to worry about the matter!

Most people don't realize the care and attention that is put into assessing a vehicle's roadworthiness safety and considering most people's budgets Harry's Auto Body takes all into account. They were professional And Timely in ways that were conducive with my schedule. I was delighted to learn that my brakes were not completely spent they were down to 1%, which meant there was not metal on metal and I was not a hazard to the people on the road but given the way people drive in this Lower Mainland it would be just a matter of time. I was able to get my brakes done the calipers that were seized were replaced and the rotors were exchanged. I learned about skimming the rotors which is only good on older vehicles because newer Vehicles don't have Steel enough to skim therefore just changing out the pads will give you problems in 3 days to a week. I like that they cared enough to explain the process to me and showed me the value of my choice of dealing with

Harry is one of the nicest and most honest shop owners I've ever dealt with. Went way above and beyond in helping me with an inspection I needed as a fislrst time customer. He even went as far as to offer his assistance out of town while on his own holidays. Refreshing to see excellent customer service is still a thing! Thanks Harry
