I like this Old Navy location. Has a lot of great sales and good gift ideas for the kids. They even have some nice holiday clothes that you want to buy as well. I remember buying some really cool t-shirts from the Abbotsford store for my nephew a while back. I also like how clean and well-organized these stores are.

I had such a great experience at the Old Navy in Highstreet. Jasmine was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. Unlike my previous experience at the Langley location, the staff here were very friendly and welcoming.
I needed to exchange an item, but I had passed the 30-day window. The items were brand new and unused, and I was worried I’d be stuck with them. Thanks to Jasmine and her team, as well as the store manager, the exchange was done smoothly without any hassle.
I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive one. Thank you Jasmine, her colleagues, and the manager for all the support!

When I went to Old Navy, I didn’t know where the kids’ section was. Akhil was so helpful and kind—he guided me through everything, even showing me how to order items online. He was super helpful and such a nice person. I’m very happy with his service!”

There was a super friendly associate, she greeted everyone, asked questions. Directed me to exactly what I was looking for. She was super productive while helping customers, by organizing, picking things up. It was a delightful experience, I learned from the front end her name is Kate. There's nothing wrong with this specific location but Old Navy has stopped making men's t-shirts in tall sizing, they don't carry as many plus sizes in-store as they used to, and they don't have a real maternity section. And their pricing is getting crazy. It's disappointing to see a brand get less inclusive and to stop being accessible to many people, size and cost-wise.

Took my daughter here to buy some clothes. Lots on sale and lots to choose from. It was pretty busy but lots of help to be found. Nice and clean and easy to find stuff. Only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is we we were looking for something specific that their website said was in store and in stock but when they looked up the SKU# off the website they said they didn't have it. But the ladies inside helped out.
