Staff delivered the wrong order not what I ordered.
Upon informing became insanely argumentative and largely in charge.
For some reason began explaining to me about skus and product codes and could not simply admit that they grabbed the wrong order and could not just fix the mistake.
Held me up for 25 minutes on New Year’s Eve to explain the rig-mural of their system
In the end the associate could not work the system properly on their POS machine and after wasting my time , breathing heavy, speaking assertively , calling the mother of my child my friend, and speaking with complete disrespect towards me I inevitably just panicked and bought the food instead of this hostage ran pre order system ,
I don’t understand why there is an insane amount of attitude over their own mistake , avoid this place at all costs they run a mock with no training on their basic pos machines or transaction training
You know who this was I ordered two bags of instinct raw beef food.
Ridiculous service and horrible offensive , keep your bad day to yourself

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I came in as I found two abandoned kittens and no idea how to care for them. I was given a detailed set of instructions and each product was properly explained and you can see the genuine care in giving me this very much needed help. Unfortunately I do not recall the names of the two ladies but one was the manager or supervisor who directed me to the cashier associate who is very knowledgeable in cat and kitten care. I hope they're able to read this and know the kittens are thriving and found a loving home to go to.. together (: Thank you so much!

I was very disappointed with my visit. I saw online that the store closes at 8:00 PM and drove 30 minutes to get there, arriving at 7:45 PM. I wanted to buy some algae eaters, but an employee informed me that the aquarium section closes at 7:30 PM. I wish this was posted online with the store's hours. I drove an hour round trip for nothing.

Oh my goodness!!! I’m so happy right now! I just got a leopard gecko and Hannah was SOOO helpful ❤️ Thanks to her i got my little baby a red heat lamp for night! Hannah let me take a picture of the staff feeding schedule for my little baby gecko! He is so cute that it should be illegal!!! Thanks so much Hannah❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Got my dogs nails trimmed and afterwards Hannah was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and helped me find the perfect hypoallergenic shampoo for my frenchie. She was super friendly and helpful and gave great advice

Hannah at the Mt. Lehman location is a rock star. I have shopped at PetSmart for years and have never encountered an employee as helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful as Hannah. PetSmart, you are fortunate to have this gal - you want to hang onto her. She is worthy of a promotion and raise.

We adopted Tom from here and it is clearly thanks to the volunteer and staff's hard work that he's come out of his shell so much between our first day of meeting him and the pick-up date. Samantha (I believe) and Hannah showed us Tom on separate occasions and both times it is clear how dedicated and knowledgeable they are about the animals that they are caring for, down to their little quirks and any health concerns. Special thanks to all the other staff in store who picked up my calls and answered all my questions as well. Can't thank you all enough for all the great work that you've done and for giving us such a wonderful experience adopting and shopping from here. :)

Very disappointing experiences with the grooming salon at this location. Either the staff are rude or they do not follow instructions. The final straw was yesterday when my toy poodle’s fur was cut down to the skin when I had asked for a trim. The weather is still cold and the dog is now very uncomfortable. Not worth the high charges, will not be returning.
