I called asking for a specific product and I asked for expire dates and they tell me November and I ask if it was 2024 or 2025…and they cut my call…so I called again and the owner answered and he became aggressive by phone telling me that was a deal because was expire etc…I could understand at the beginning and I did not make any comments or assumptions was just a innocent question…this is not how you treat people…that rude and unprofessional so after this I will never go to your store…

Easy to access with accessible parking. Great prices, very friendly owner and staff. Great selection of frozen meats and foods. Drinks and chips huge selection. Great art mural!

One of the Best Community Stores in the Neighbour. Just Google Real Rads Deals. It's a discount store , which may not be everyone's Cup of Tea , but let me tell you , with today's Food Inflation and Food Shrink Inflation, the community is more than Happy to shop here , where you don't have to pay 3 times what you'd be paying elsewhere.
Real Rads owner is very Caring and Passionate about the Foods he chooses to get to his Store and to his Community , Customers come from as far as Hope & Vancouver and it's worth it. 🙏

All about looking good on social media… he basically ignores you in the store. Berating telephone conversation at the cash register area. Continual threats about moving his business north, when commented on it is getting a little old continuously hearing his was blocked from site?♂️?♂️?♂️. No customer service.skill’s whatsoever.

Horrible customer service. The employees think they are above you. Any concerns it's not their problem. Owner shouldn't even own a business with his customer service mentality. Prices are not even that great for what you get.
