I find the staff at Ricki's extremely helpful and very accommodating. If your size or color are not in the store they will do their best to help you find it. The selection is almost too good because I want to purchase something I don't need. They often have sales as well.

Staff was as always both personable and above the norm for customer service, even to the point of checking the new stock not on the floor to see if the item I was looking for had come in . The cargo jeans that I purchased were one of the items and I am please with fit and quality.

The lady’s at Ricki’s in Abbotsford are very friendly and super helpful I have never experienced such amazing service in a retail environment I will definitely be shopping in this location again soon !

I love Ricki's , I love some of the styles but what I don't love is the fact that most of the clothing fabric is polyester, nylon man made fabric that does not breath and therefore I get very hot in. If the clothes had breathable fabric like cotton, or cotton blend I would definitely buy more clothing from RIckis.

I must say, the employee that you had at the store near closing time on October 9 was about the most exceptional I have ever encountered. What a salesgirl and what a personality. Loved it. Not often does a person have an experience in buying things in a clothing store like the one I had. Believe me, I'll be back. Just love Ricki's and I always shop there for my clothes. Somehow the clothes are "just right." Thanks so much and get there to shop soon as you can at Seven Oaks (Ricki's). I love that mall!!!

Went to return a dress that was purchased online a few days ago (bought in 2 sizes and kept size that fit).
Was informed it’s a final sale despite the receipt indicating “no sale is ever final”
Went to website on my phone and showed the manager that no where does that dress indicate it’s a final sale (some dresses did say final sale but this particular one did not)
After some back and fourth dress was returned but will not be shopping there in the future
