I just want to say Dave from flooring and Dennis from tooling provide outstanding service. Both of these gentlemen have saved me more money and time on projects than can truly be expressed. A short conversation with either of these guys can go a long way.

Placed express next day delivery order for drywall, for saturday which is clearly stated as a delivery day on the website and order statement. Hour later i get a call from the store saying my order is too heavy for the delivery truck and they have a 250lbs max, i explain that makes no sense a friend placed a similar order and it came in a 5ton truck, they say i can have the order split and pay for 2 deliveries, ok will i still get it on saturday, goes to ask, store person then says no they don't do express deliveries on saturday, i explain it clearly states they do and they say yea well they can't guaruntee delivery on a saturday cause the delivery company may or may not pick up. I now have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund to my credit card.
I have since place my order with home depot.

Walked the whole store found The employees hiding in packs over by the insulation, not once but every single time we have been there. worst Rona by far , obviously management could care less.
Girls at customer service are nice. That store guaranteed is loosing money.

Today I went to Rona normally I would go to Home Depot but it was closer. And I’m glad I did because Bikrahm was the nicest person to deal with helped me find all I needed for a project and even helped bring all to my car. Sometimes women feel intimidated going to a hardware store but he did not make any judgement of my handy skills and was very very helpful. Great store will go again.

I would recommend a different Rona, or another shop like Home Depot. Do not lose your receipt! They will not even refund you with store credit! It’s 2024 they should be able to find a previous payment or take a phone number.
