Poor service and they never say hi to you just keep doing what they are doing. Their customer service is awful. They don’t care about customers anymore. I use to shop there but stopped because they don’t help you or greet you at all.

The employees don't care to acknowledge you when you walk in and if you do ask for help you feel like it's an inconvenience to them. Why work in customer service if you are going to be rude to customers? The other reviews on here seem to have the same theme. And why are All your shirts so short in length!

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. I was in a bind and needed something quick for an event and Raman was very professional. He even had my new shirt steamed for me because I wouldn't have time to wash it. Top notch.

I went into the store today to buy a mens shirt. I was not greeted when I walked in and the girl working there seemed in happy to help. Once I picked out my shirt ( which came to 100$) the same associate came to ring me up. But she seemed angry to have to deal with a customer as if I were an inconvenience. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. I was crunched for time and needed this shirt today. Next time I will take my business somewhere else. The associate was African American wearing. A white sweater with red hearts and a blue head cover. Please give her some lessons on customer service. I. Todays economy spending 100$ is not easy and I don’t want to give me business to such rude associates. The other girl there was kind but she was but with a task. I wish she had helped me.

I agree with the comments below about staff. I like the clothes, but avoid going in because I feel like I am not valued as a customer. Rarely greeted and feel like I’m bothering them. It makes a world of difference when you walk into a store and someone is actually happy to see you and helpful. I thought it was just me, but now it’s verified by the other comments.

Pretty disappointed shopping here this past weekend. It was not even remotely busy and I managed to walk through the whole store without being acknowledged once by a store associate, and I counted at least 3 employees working in the store.

This rating reflects the clothing and company in no way, in fact many years ago I worked for Reitmans Group, and I’ve always liked their workwear staples. This rating specifically reflects this location in the seven oaks mall- without exception, regardless of who is working, I have received vastly subpar or even more frequently, NO customer service. I’m typically a shopper who loves to browse without interruption but I still very much would appreciate a greeting or attempt to provide service, offering to set things at the counter or start a fitting room, and general acknowledgment. I’ve worked in retail management for years and if I had staff that was so rude, careless, and frequently engaged in personal conversation to the point of fully ignoring every customer (not just me) in the store, I’d be spending a lot of extra time developing them. My (admittedly petty) advice: Go in to try things and then buy them online to avoid this store’s staff receiving the credit for the sale.

After sale service for online orders at RW&Co is horrible. Do not recommend shopping there, they do not value their customers. I complained about the poor quality and wrong size of the 2 pants, which were purchased only two weeks ago. I went to the local outlet and returned the pants and complained to the Customer Service to refund my money. I received an email that your case is now resolved!!! How my problem was resolved, while I did not get any refund! They close the case without customer satisfaction.Honestly retail is struggling and if you can’t even bother to provide decent customer service then you can’t be surprised when your business goes bankrupt. If a company has continuing issues, with customer orders and benefits from seriously delayed refunds, and fails to address the issues, that borders on FRAUD. They don't deserve even one star!!

I called this store and the girl who answered is so rude, not properly trained. And also, they deceive their customers saying it s cheaper to buy at their store which is not! Just buy online, a lot cheaper than this store!

We went to the Abbotsford store to find an outfit for my boyfriend to go to my Christmas party. We were helped by a wonderful lady named Joyasa, so helpful and put a great out fit together and made out experience painless and fun. She has a great eye for design

I wouldn't go back if I didn't love the clothing sold here. Terrible service. No acknowledgment from staff for the 15 minutes I was shopping. Waited by the counter for several minutes before the sales lady even noticed me. Nothing was said to me other then "have a good day"
