This is a horrible branch. I have never had the same account manager help me with my investments. The turnover is astounding. Most of the time the cash select ATM is broken. The branch is just unhelpful.
I had a trip out of the country recently. I called and made sure my credit card would work outside of the country. I went into the bank to confirm that my debit card would also work outside of the country. I was assured that everything would work. When I was out of the country, my debit card would not function. I was left stranded with no cash on my vacation. The bank has done absolutely nothing to make amends.

Worst experience ever with this bank. Do so so slow slow in terms of dealing with the clients. I do understand they need to make connection with the customers but really this is very frustrating. In terms of customer services 6-7 rep. Are required to deal with 2-3 people. Scotiabank sucks

It has been 3 times, that I was sold deals that were un true. Recent one, they had me open an account which would waive fee on my credit card but it did not happen.
Other than that, I needed to switch accounts and in the middle of transaction, i was told they need manager to approve this and manager is on their lunch break. Well, my suggestion would be to have more than one person on site with approval authorities,during working hours.
I hope they can make some changes.

I am going to share my experience . I had an appointmnet today with sukhveer Parhar . Never book appointemnt just done with in 10 mintues by saying you are not able to do this . She dont have respect towardas costumer . She was in rush with two appointment what was my fault then . If you dont done with 1st custmer that was perior to me it is not my fault and concer .i ask her 3-4 question like my concern she said no .no. Everythime means to say rejecting everything by giving a negative reason . I will never suggest to book even a single apppintmnet with her even you will not get a credit card in life . Choice is yours and advice is mine . I booked so many apppinment in this bank but 1st time with her she behaved very bad . Thnk you

This location has no compassion for people. Unfortunately we were dealing with a family crisis and then our cards got locked because of some online thing rather than compassion they were argumentative. They talked in circles and they treated me and my family like criminals rather than deal with a situation, they made it even worse, the lady who sits behind the desk at the front on the right hand side. I believe her name is Angela. She is a liar. And she is an escalator not a de-escalate she does not have heart for children. In fact, she made my children feel like garbage, and now we have a lawsuit on our hands.The gentleman in the picture who would not identify himself, but identified himself as the The one who makes all the DecisionsHe’s the one who stared the Situation, She is absolutely an escalator has no de-escalation skills or compassionWhen a And then all of a sudden their bank stops for something that they had no control of because this happened because of something we had no control of something onlineAnd because of something we had no control of dealing with a family crisis these people just close banksEscalate problems and make lawsuits happen

This review is for Simran Batra. She is excellent in her job. She knows what her job is. I had confusions about TFSA/RRSP/FHSA accounts and needed someone to guide me in my investment journey and I think I could not find any better counsellor. So happy that I got a chance to book appointment with Simran. Would definitely recommend her.

This review is for Rajdeep. He not only helped me in my queries and clearing my concerns, I also felt an optimistic aura with his interaction (which is very rare to find in the present customer service environments). Other than that, he also has deep knowledge about mutual funds, FHSA/RRSP/TFSA accounts, financial advising, etcetera. Rajdeep, keep up the pleasant work and I wish you very best.

Worst costumer service So I wanted some help regarding my scene points redemption and I asked the lady, I showed her everything that I didn’t received any money for my redemption and after asking questions for 10 minutes she said she can’t do anything. She was reacting like I was a fraud instead of being costumer for 5 years but for sure will be no more( 30th nov )
