Went in to buy a lip mask, found one that had a sale price for $22. Went to line up but was told to go to the front for quicker check out. There lady at the front left as we got there so had to wait even longer. When another girl came to help the product rang up at full price. I asked to take her over to show her the sale price. The manager Crystal came over and took the sticker off and shoved it in my face and said it was for a different product. I told her the whole shelf was on sale and it had the same regular price and she should honour the sale. She basically blamed us for moving the sticker and said she wouldn’t honour it. Finally she agreed, telling me she was doing me an favour, even though she was really rude about it. I went back to the checkout and the machine had frozen and I was annoyed of waiting any longer so I just left.
I have now looked on the website and the item I had picked up is on sale so why did I get such a run around

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Wilson at the Highstreet Abby Sephora location. I came in with my husband looking for a new perfume with very little idea of what scent I wanted and no clue how to describe it lol, and Wilson was so friendly and patient and knowledgeable, made the experience so pleasant, and found me the perfect scent! Thank you Wilson for your kindness, positivity and amazing personality(and ps your makeup was beautiful! )

Worse customer service I have ever experienced! Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago for make up service they cancel last min and have no other employees to take over ! Keep in mind they wouldn’t even apply just lashes on me ! After cancelling my appointment for my family pictures

This location doesn’t even deserve one star. I purchased a gift card here, but it was inactive. I called customer service, and they told me to go back to the same store with my receipt, and they would activate it for me. However, when I went back, the staff told me to call customer service again because they couldn’t help. I called customer service once more, and they said they couldn’t assist either. Terrible service—avoid this location!
AND DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS.

I have found most Sephoras to be like many of the reviews here and I was going to try this location to see if it is any better, but I don't think I will..and the copy and paste replies given by your people and ones that say "owner" even, are so unimpressive..after making a comment about your lacking service etc..they get a rubber stamp reply..why would one go back to your store.

There is too much drama at this Sephora location. Went there to return the products we no longer needed with my wife. This South asian cashier was so arrogant and gave us attitude while returning the products. We have made returns to Sephora in the past; it was for the first time in all these years that a cashier asked us to show her the same credit card used to make the purchase. Because we made payment over the phone, we were having trouble locating the credit card digits for phone wallet payments. She was so admant on seeing the digits of the credit card to process the return. Ironically, another cashier who was originally dealing with us didn't ask us to show him our card digits for the return. Idk what this South Asian cashier's problem was. We understand that the return has to be made to the original method of payment, but why did she want to see it personally. No smile or greeting throughout the process. Why choose a customer relation profession if you are filled with so much contempt for your job.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration after my visit to your Sephora store at Highstreet on October 5. I came in with my sister, excited to shop for a foundation. When I asked for help, one of your associates kindly offered assistance. She went inside to grab a face scanner, but after telling me it wasn’t working, she disappeared again. I was left standing there alone, while my sister was browsing other products. Then, she sent over another employee named Preet to assist me instead. What really upset me was when she falsely accused me of talking about her in Punjabi to my sister, saying I criticized her makeup and made her feel uncomfortable. I was shocked and hurt by this accusation because it’s completely untrue. My sister and I weren’t even together during most of this time, and we didn’t say a word about her. I can’t express how disrespected and hurt I felt by this baseless blame. If she didn’t want to help me, she could have just said so—but instead, she chose to falsely accuse me, and this has left me deeply disturbed. My sister and I were so upset, we couldn’t even sleep last night. I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for a long time, and this experience has made me question that loyalty. Please, I urge you to review your store's camera footage to verify what really happened. This situation deserves attention because no one should have to go through such an unpleasant experience, especially in a place they’ve always trusted and valued. I hope you can investigate and address this issue as soon as possible.

There is an indian lady working there name rashmika or rashmita. She is the most rudest person i ever met. She was showing me bad attitude and wasn’t even willing to help whatsoever!

This store has gone downhill in the last few years. Shelves are a mess and half empty. Can't find anyone to assist you. Items are never restocked.
I go elsewhere or order online now.

the cashier was so incredibly rude and spoke to me like i was stupid .. major attitude and rolled her eyes multiple times when i asked her to explain their email policy definitely over all just poor service from this cashier alicia i believe her name was not just to me but multiple other customers infront of me in the line .
