I was nervous after seeing the review. Went in on a Friday(raining). Got there at 930. No line up outside, no security guard. Was done by 10:00. This was a passport renewal

Great experience, was in and out in 20 mins.Courteous and polite staff and what I liked the best was that staff would walk up to the line and guide people to the reception desks.

I booked my appointment online, so I cant commant on the waiting time. Staffs are really helpful and friendly.
