I just visited this liquor store with a few friends, and the way we were treated was absolutely disgusting. We were simply laughing and having a good time — nothing inappropriate at all — yet the staff treated us as if we had done something wrong. One of our friends, due to personal religious reasons, chose not to show his ID because he wasn’t drinking. He even stepped outside to make things easier.
Even after that, when we clearly explained the situation and offered to show our own IDs, the staff rudely refused to sell us anything. They spoke to us in an extremely disrespectful and arrogant way, acting like we were causing trouble for no reason.
It was only 9 PM, well before closing time, and they still denied us service without any valid reason. Their behavior was unprofessional, judgmental, and downright rude. We left feeling humiliated for absolutely no reason.
I would never recommend this place to anyone — there are plenty of liquor stores in Abbotsford, that actually know how to treat customers with respect.

The audacity of their point of sale device asking for a tip. You really think you deserve a tip for ringing in a case of beer?? Never going here again. Government stores are way cheaper anyway. Pay your employees properly and remove the tip function.

Ordered skip sent the wrong item. When called said they would give me a refund, this always happens. Skip then tells me to send back the wrong item with one of there drivers meanwhile they sent me white when I asked for red to have with meatloafs with friends and family. Will never set foot in this place. Learn how to pick orders.

My friend came to the store at 10:56 (close at 11) and was right behind another customer walking in. When the customer in front of her walked in an employee came and shut the door in her face and locked the door (3 minutes before closing). Any other liquor store would be open to new business… it’s not like it takes a long time to find what you want. The people who work here need a serious lesson in customer service.
