People come here expecting better service, but look at this water – it is so dirty that it looks like it hasn’t been changed in weeks. It should be clean, and no one should be expected to use such filthy water on their vehicle. This seems to be the case with all of the bays, and management really needs to address it.

This gas station is gouging. They are in West Abbotsford, not subject to translink taxes in Metro Vancouver. Yet their prices are higher than many Langley and even some Surrey stations, which are in Metro Vancouver. BOYCOTT THIS STATION.

Despite having what appears to be very modern pumps there is no option to preset amount for tap, so unless you have $250 available you can't pay at the pump, yet when I went to pay inside (after 7am) there was a sign in the door stating no one was there for 10 minutes. Now I'm late for work or I have to pay $0.10 more in aldergove, very poor design/service especially for such a busy spot during morning rush hour.

I just popped in to shell to fill my tires up with air. I deposited 3x25 cents before I noticed the $2.50 meter not moving. I paid with a card and went inside to get a refund. The lady said shell doesn't get involved with the air meter and would not give me the 75 cents that I overpaid. I guess I'm petty but I won't be going back to that gas station. Fix your meter.

I am an 87 yr old handicapped person.When I bought gas last time,I delivered cash to the office,as needed.I HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING!After I was done I had some change coming.I started going to the office to pick it up,BUT THE YOUNG CASHIER LADY CAME ALL THE WAY OUT WITH MY CHANGE AND BILL.uNBELIEVABLE KINDNESS,YOU DON'T ENJOY MUCH ANYWHERE.mANY THANKS AND 5 STARS TO HER AND SHELL fot having such employee!!!!!Very much obliged!!!
