Legitametly every single week I try and go to your store at 5am, and 60% of the time the staff workers are not there. It doesn't matter how long you wait or how many times you ring the bell because they are just hiding in the back. Even when he is there, he doesn't listen to instructions and will grab the wrong thing when I show him a picture of what I want. It's absolutely pathetic.

The evening staff that works around 6pm on Tuesday is so rude and doesn’t know how to attend to a customer and when I told him about his character he said he doesn’t care and he is not attending to me any more so I left.

Slipped on ice at gas pumps and guy working till couldn't understand English enough and didn't at all cared and said oh it's winter you slip and fall no big deal after I slipped and hurt my ankle and back Another lady slip in same place complained and guy said same thing why are people working customer service jobs if they can't understand English the Canadain language or speak it properly even
