Attend SFW ,Bc today to avoid xmas shopping rush, was a great visit to the beauty depth.An extremely lovey rep named Alicia(tats) helped me for Xmas shopping for my daughter with perfume.Alicia was so helpful, and so friendly. She went above helpful to make this an easy transaction.I very much appreciate ur kindness today forhelping select a perfume for my daughter & my shopping experience was exceptional & that's hard to come by nowadays.Kudos to u.

The phone? It's a lie. Their fax machine? Another lie. I get scripts sent, as in I WATCH MY DOCTOR SEND, yet they say they haven't received.I am currently on my 6th phone attempt, the other 5 cut out circa 6-9 minutes into my call.They've either completely deserted the pharmacy section, have lost all staff members, or are extremely clueless. None of these are good options FOR A PHARMACY.

Was in the middle of purchasing 2 Milk and deodorant. Lady said I couldn’t have 2 of the same Milk. I have 4 kids and understand there is a little blue homemade sign stating only 1. So I went across the street to Chalo Freshco and bought 4. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

Alicia B was great! She was helpful, knowledgeable & gave fabulous customer service! When I told her a particular product that I've use has recently been discontinued she quickly provided me with an alternative. The alternative was better than the discontinued item.

Was at the pharmacy for my shots ... This was the second time I have dealt with that particular pharmacist .. He didn't want to take the minute in a half to sign me in n give the shots he tried to explain for over 5 minutea that i just left not making any of the purchases i was plaining to. I called the next day n got he is just a stand in as there is a shortage of pharmacist.. Really you are going to have someone employed talking ridly to customers that have been coming simvmce 2004 .. Wont be back to that store he lost my business

A total zero & even worse: Consumer protection agencies, maybe even RCMP should look into this location's practices. This store seems to be willfully committing fraud & cheating customers on the point system, which Shoppers DM offers their PC Optimum members.Last week they had figured out a way they could avoid giving 20K or 30K promo points (33-50%) on $60 purchases by tweaking their check-out cash registers to avoid charging taxes (5% or 12% -is that not a federal crime?),This was the first time I shopped here in quite awhile, but not the first time this or similar stuff has happened to me at this brach/store.I never review, but this has gone far enough. I hope they read this and address it internally.

I applied for a job at the beauty department. To be clear, I been in management and customer service for quite a few years and also hold an esthetics diploma. I’m overqualified but I thought to give it a try. I got a call from the “ hiring manager “ he identified him self on the second phone call as Shawn. What an absolute disgusting behaviour, he needs to be fired. Called him back to confront him and it was worse. No wonder your reviews are terrible, I mean I bet you anything working there is an absolute nightmare of a revolving door. He treats people like scum on his shoes. Couldn’t pay enough to work with such a low quality human.?

Literally threw the pills at us after we finished.. the pharmacy is not good. Asked to wait 2 hours for medication said I couldn’t then said oh 30 mins. Got upset I guess?Edit: Thank you for your classic copy paste response. Looks to me that you've had enough details over the years and done absolutely nothing. Good job causing stress to people who need medication and are vulnerable already.

This is my favorite Shoppers. They always have my tablets ready and give me time at the counter to explain the drug. If they dont have an item I need they always know where to send me.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst place to get your prescriptions. First off they are rude, take over 2-3 hours to fill a prescription, and don’t answer their phone. Went there a few times and the service is the same. For my young son they were out of liquid prescription so instead gave him pills….. not cool. As a customer when you arrive they all hold their head down so they can’t see you. Go somewhere else this place doesn’t deserve the business.

In the two years I recieved perceptions from this particular Shoppers, not once where my perceptions ready on time, always shortages, constantly not recording refills and a huge lack of customer service. Always, saying they will call when shortages arrived and never did call. Finally moved to London Drugs!

TWorst experience ever. This evening I bought an eye pallete and decided to return within 5 mins. I went back to return. First the person at front stated go to cosmetic to return this. The person at cosmetic said the item doesn't match with receipt bar code which I bought literally 5 min ago. Then she called supervisor. Supervisor tried to scan it and said the same thing. Other girl mentioned he can do it manually by saying no receipt, but he refused said he is new and doesn't want to do anything. He went somewhere without saying anything and I was still waiting with no answer. After 5 mins, I was told to go back to main cash desk. Supervisor started helping others (scanning) which took 5-10 mins and i was waiting in line. Then he started scanning my receipt again and repeating same thing bar code doesn't match. I asked to talk to manager or supervisor, or they can check their cameras. But he said there's no manager at this time. He is supervisor and doesn't know what to do. Guess no one there to make decisions when there is problem. After 20 mins he called someone else who took receipt and walked away ro cosmetic without saying anything. So I asked supervisor is this lady suppose to help me and know what to do he said "yes she is my supervisor should be able to help you." So I followed her and same thing scanning multiple time and same answer. Also said " can't override this otherwise I'll be fraud and can loose my job" and also said the other person is also lying she is not even supervisor. Wow, so basically telling me i am doing fraud.Waited there half an hour to return only $ 10 item with receipt. After all that insult asked to come back next day. What a customer service...you can return item without receipt and can get store credit but can't return item with receipt. I could have told at first place instead of waiting that long and going through multiple people. No one even knows who is supervisor.I never had this worst experience in my life. Both supervisors had no knowledge and doesn't know how to deal with customers at all. ??Never going back to this store ever again. Worst customer service.

No option of zero star , this is for so called supervisor there , i forgot her name , starts with D, wear glasses. So rude , no need to yell at customer. I am surprised who made you supervisor. I bought toothbrush which was defective , she declined the return stating it’s open. She said I need to call Colgate . Why should I , I bought from shoppers not from Colgate . And shoppers return policy states if piece is defective it can returned or exchanged .U tell me how will I know it’s working on not if I don’t open or use it. She keep saying I am not listening , well lady you were not listening. I stand up for my point and end up getting exchange by involving other cashier . Not going there anymore.

Always slow, totally disorganized and now rude. I curse this place every time I have to go in to get medicine, and promise myself I’ll change pharmacies.It’s become a housefly joke, they either lose things, give me inaccurate information (sending a text saying my prescription is ready when it’s not) or out of stock but don’t bother to call me and let me know! This weekend I waited in a short line for a ridiculous amount of time with no apology.Today I called (without attitude) to order a recently prescribed prescription and whomever I talked to was very short with me, then basically slammed the phone down.Def moving to another drug store asap.Brutal.
